My sandwich was just ok. Ordered the Wreck and asked for everything on it. Sad that I didn't receive hot peppers on it. I did wait a long time but I didn't really mind as the staff was super busy. It was lunchtime. Lots of pre-orders. Should have an extra person for these. I really loved the iced tea and lemonade station!
I’ve been going to potbelly’s for over 20 years. I’m from chicago. Their food quality has gone down so much. This is the second time in a month or so they got my order wrong as well. And don’t even get me started on the tiny sandwiches. $8 for a sandwich I ate in two minutes. Ridiculous. I would’ve had to order two sandwiches to be full. I don’t know what happened here. Maybe it’s the location.

I don't always eat Potbelly, mostly because the idea of comparing people to food is not my idea of becoming, specially when I have to go to work and grab a quick meal. Will remain as a customer, thank you for the experience, but I wished I had payed more attention when o'ldering an Italian subbie with mayonnaise and vegetables..
