Have never had a good experience here. A few times I have went around 8-9pm and they would be closed when the sign on the door says open until 10pm.Today I ordered a half salad and a cup of soup and it was easily the worst meal I’ve ever had. The salad was embarrassing. The bowl was half empty there was one tomato, one slice of cucumber and two pieces of lettuce. The chicken looked like mystery meat.The soup had no seasoning it was the most bland thing ever. Very disappointing. Will not be going here anymore

I don't always eat Potbelly, mostly because the idea of comparing people to food is not my idea of becoming, specially when I have to go to work and grab a quick meal. Will remain as a customer, thank you for the experience, but I wished I had payed more attention when o'ldering an Italian subbie with mayonnaise and vegetables..

My sandwich was just ok. Ordered the Wreck and asked for everything on it. Sad that I didn't receive hot peppers on it. I did wait a long time but I didn't really mind as the staff was super busy. It was lunchtime. Lots of pre-orders. Should have an extra person for these. I really loved the iced tea and lemonade station!

this place was very horrible especially from a worker named Josue Barrera who was very rude and ignorant when taking my order and messed my order up on purpose. he is very mean and gives horrible attitude when handling customers and gives out free food and discounts to people he knows when they order from him. he made a comment towards my African american brother and thought we wouldn’t notice when he said it loud and proud. he should immediately be terminated and no longer be part of the pot belly team. if he is i will no longer be ordering from here and advise my friends to do the same, thank you.

This was my previous revies --> Now I am reminded why I stayed away from this place. My sandwich was drenched in mayo and oil, even though I told the girl NO oil!!! Then the beans in the veggie soup were under cooked. That can make you sick if you eat them!!! I woulnd up throwing away my food!!! Almost $15 FOR NOTHING!!!!SHAME ON ME FOR TRYING YOU GUYS AGAIN TODAY 10/11/2023. NEVER AGAIN. I'M DEACTIVING MY POTBELLY'S ACCOUNT.
I’ve been going to potbelly’s for over 20 years. I’m from chicago. Their food quality has gone down so much. This is the second time in a month or so they got my order wrong as well. And don’t even get me started on the tiny sandwiches. $8 for a sandwich I ate in two minutes. Ridiculous. I would’ve had to order two sandwiches to be full. I don’t know what happened here. Maybe it’s the location.

Walked over from the hotel, ordered a salad to go. Walked back and found they gave me the wrong thing. My fault for trusting them to give me what I paid for. I should have checked it. It's too hot to walk all the way back just to get my order right
