I am a frequent visitor with the Jimmy John’s in Crestwood Illinois. I’ve been going there for years and I’ve never had a bad meal. Peter, Naya and Samantha, along with the rest of the staff are Friendly and always make sure my order is correct. They are great representatives for the store. I highly recommend that you try it.

Overall, the Jimmy John’s met typical expectations. The issue that I had on this particular day is that the gentleman at the register really wasn’t listening to my order. He was just typing in information and rung me up for the incorrect promo, but another young lady was there and she stepped in I believe she was a manager and she corrected my order for the correct promo and even gave me a free drink. I would just encourage employees to listen to the customers order better...read full review
