My chicken was very overcooked and overpriced. I bought 4 pieces of chicken and a side with the biscuit missing for about $14.00. The rise in price wouldn't be so bad if food was freshly made and portions were not cut in half. I didn't enjoy this food at all.
Visited the location in Markham. I had already paid but they didn't have wings because they were still frozen. Supposedly, the morning shift takes out the wings and they didnt take out enough. I was told by the workers that this happens often and I was supposed to call before coming to see if the wings are still frozen. (This was he stupidest thing I've ever heard!) Went to get chicken sandwiches asked for Cajun sparkle. They said we don’t have it anymore. I ask why they said they don’t order it anymore , so I said well you lost a customer I’ll go to Tinley park they always have it. Cheap a** way to run a business. Popeyes corporate shouldn’t allow a franchisee to pick if they want to stock something.
