Went to get chicken sandwiches asked for Cajun sparkle. They said we don’t have it anymore. I ask why they said they don’t order it anymore , so I said well you lost a customer I’ll go to Tinley park they always have it. Cheap a** way to run a business. Popeyes corporate shouldn’t allow a franchisee to pick if they want to stock something.
We've been Popeyes customers for over 18 years. We're not as avid customers as once was the case. They've just about priced themselves out of our interest. The food is as good as it was, most of the time. Customer Service varies location to location, as it always is with Chain operations. So, Popeyes remains a good eat, if ya can stomach the ^$$$...we'll be back!
I walked into Popeyes today because the drive-thru was packed. One of the employees let me know there would be a bit of a wait because several people had called off and they were short-staffed.
