I ordered a 24-piece mixed online and tipped at checkout, but when I got to the store the order wasn’t ready the staff explained the online platform was having issues. I’d specifically asked for fresh chicken, so I didn’t mind waiting; I ran to do some grocery shopping and came back about 30 minutes later. The young lady working the counter (wearing a HOCO shirt) was genuinely kind through the whole mix-up.

Honestly, the wait was worth it. This was hands-down the best batch of chicken I’ve gotten from Harold’s fresh, hot, and delicious. My kids couldn’t stop talking about it. Big thanks to the crew working June 21, 2026, 2-3pm shift. Mistakes happen, but how they handled it made all the difference.“
