“My friends and I visit this location on 10/25/25. Great service from Jamie if I remember that was the bartender/server name. She was 100% awesome the only bartender there. Everything was going great DJ awesome and all. We had been there for about 1 hour or 2 before the cook walked off the job before fulfilling the entire party food order. Jamie didnt show any sign of stress she kept it together and kept apologizing the other guy(comedian)forgot his name was a big help. The security guard stepped in as well, the all kept my friends and myself informed and called in someone to come finish cooking for us whom never received our order. Our food wasn't as pleasant as our other friends but they tried their best to keep us satisfied. “First time here, and it was fantastic. While waiting for my dining partner to arrive, the place was mobbed in minutes (6 pm on a Friday), but the 2 counter staff and the kitchen staff never stopped moving. We got our meals fairly quickly, considering the rush. The best thing? The food was great! Perfect seasoning on the fries, the tenders are HUGE (like 2 and a half combined into one monster piece).

I got the Tender / Mini / Fries combo, and my wife got the Mac combo.

The spices are perfectly balanced - I had mild and medium on my chicken, my partner had mild on hers. She has a much more timid palate, and she was good. If you get mild on the Mac combo, make sure the sauce on the Mac matches the chicken sauce - otherwise, that's *a spicy*.

I can not compliment the counter staff enough - they were moving so fast. I told the one she should try out for the Chicago Bears; she did a supply run in 10 seconds flat! Even the customer next to me agreed! =)

“I’ve been patronizing the Midlothian location for a couple years now and they never fail!! Food is ready on time always. Fresh and piping hot. Always pizza for my family but this past Saturday I tried the breaded mushrooms, OMG!! Hot, crunchy and seasoned perfectly. No sauce needed. The 2 young men at the register, bubbly and friendly! 😊😊“

Chef George provided all the necessary instruction and supplies - including a lively starter - for students to start their own sourdough journey at home. The class included hands-on experience feeding the starter, as well as folding and shaping the dough. “To say this place is phenomenal would be an understatement. I had the banana cream latte with almond milk and it was amazing. They don't make it too sweet like the big chain coffee shops, you can still taste the expresso and the flavoring they use, which is how a latte should be in my opinion. They offer sweetness levels if you prefer it more sweet. Great service, friendly employees/owners, and great atmosphere. I will definitely be back on the next cheat day. I love having places like this around.“

Anyway . the menu is diverse. Plenty of caffeinated options with dietary restrictions, which is nice because I’m cutting weight.

I had an iced mocha , and cinnamon bagel. Both tasted great, even though I asked for them to be as plain as a vanilla iPhone.

Didn’t really pursue the book selection, but it seemed adequately balanced between non fiction and romance novels. I haven’t tried any of the cocktails , but they seem unique.

The chairs could be more sturdy , but I don’t think they’re designed for power lifters. I don’t remember if there was music because I was on a business call. 🗿“
