“I go here 2-3 times a week to sing, drink and mingle with every customer. Everyone talks to you and the staff is the greatest line up anywhere. They love their customers and they like to have fun, as I have seen them dance to karaoke or just being silly with each other. The front deck is amazing and I can't wait for the fun meals once the kitchen is finished. I used to make this a once a year place, but now it is a must stop everytime if out for drinks. “We came for Valentines to try the food and beer. The menu is simple and to the point. We both had smash burgers. Let me tell you, the burger was delicious. I went with the double and it was huge. I'll get the single smash burger next time. The cheese curd basket with ranch was really good. The atmosphere is chill, the food is yummy and reasonably priced. “Took my wife on a date night and this couldn't have been a better place to go. Walking in it immediately takes you to France, the artwork, decor, music, even wait staff attire, and the seating made you feel like you were in a cafe down the street from the Louvre! Service was very timely, while never feeling rushed, immediately feeling welcomed. Meal was perfect! Tons of flavors while able to finish the whole meal being portioned respectfully with room for dessert! Can't wait to go back and hear their story!“

“I've come here a few times. This brewery is a little tricky to find since it's located by warehouses. They have a pretty cool logo and the name is super interesting with a backstory. I liked certain beers over others; but the nice thing is they have lots of options. You could bring food and they have games like darts, board games and card games and shuffle board. And best part.... It's dog friendly! Just careful because it gets crowded and it's not really big“
“I drive all the way from Darien to get there sandwich. Started going there 45 years ago and then I moved and came back and the original location was closed and I thought that was it. About 5 years ago while on Facebook I saw and add for Peppo’s. I was thrilled to know that they simply moved. Best sub sandwich you will find. I love subs and no one beats peppos“
“This place is amazing! Polite and helpful employees that walk you through all the flavors, clean and fun environment, and of course good-quality food and lots of choices. I have never seen an ice cream place offer so many different topings! On my ice cream I dared to try popping rocks, gummy bears, and sprinkles. It was a revolutionary combination! The employees were so nice, and one of them even helped me test out different ice cream flavors. Not only is the food good, but also the atmosphere. When I walked in, I was greeted by an enthusiastic sound of a bell. Then as I walked through the most beautiful light pink hallway, I saw hundreds of little signs and pictures. My personal favorite is the "Dog People Rule" sign! Inside the store there is comfortable, clean environment. You can bring your whole family if you want to. Although be aware that their busy hour is during 5-8 window, so you might have to wait for your order.“

The day of the event the staff was extremely attentive and the food was delicous. It has plenty of seating at the bar if you're in the mood to sit at the bar -you can eat and drink there or sit at one of the many tables available. Family friendly. Not a quite place but the atmosphere is nice, people go there for their delicious burgers and home made friends, a few beers and maybe a few games on the slot machines. If you are looking for a really good burger, this is the place to go. My favorite is the Juicy Lucy. They have bacon burgers and burgers with a fried egg down to just your every day burger. “Beautiful Easter buffet, food was continually be replenished, everything was hot and delicious. So much variety, I can't think of anything else I could have added. Was alittle crowded where the food was set up, but it moved quickly. Children ran in and out of the patio doors making it cold inside, but that was on the parents not the restaurant. “This place was an absolute lifesaver of sociable mental health during the rise and height of the pandemic back in 2020/2021. With the pretty awesome outdoor setup/beer garden, we were able to socially distance and yet still be around others and feel like we or still part of the communities around us. It fulfilled the need we had a social creatures to be around others, but to do so in a safe way.Now that we are on the other side of the pandemic with it's decline & the need to be socially distant isn't as necessary, this place has a hidden gem inside with board games, and weekly fun such as bingo and trivia nights. I would recommend asking for samples of the beers before you get a whole glass, because some of them may surprise you in flavor by how tart or heavy they are. This brewery does not take their flavorfulness of their beer lightly. ? They even sell jugs of their beer that you can take home, and the jug has their logo on it (as well as merch), so it is a nice souvenir to keep even if for the memories.....or you can bring the jug back in for an inexpensive refill.The banquet hall that was next door was torn down, so it is much easier to see the brewery from Harlem Ave, since it's set back quite a bit from the main roadway. I could even see this place being used for a wedding/party venue for their outdoors appeal.“
“My son & I recently stopped here for dinner. Overall, the food was wonderful. My son had the chipotle chicken sandwich and I ordered the crab cakes. My son's sandwich was almost big enough to justify the $17 price tag. My crab cakes were absolutely delicious; however portion and size were lacking. Two small cakes does not an entree make. But ngl, I would order them again, they were that yummy. Our server was friendly, but hadn't had the opportunity to try many menu items. Note to management: let the staff eat items so they are well informed when speaking with customers. The space was clean, and conversations could be easily had. However, it's lacking a real ambiance for dinner service. Even just adding some window treatments or candles would add a lot of this space. Would I go here again? In a heart beat. What it lacks in ambiance it more than makes up for in food quality.“
“I love The Forge! My friend and I went here to see Everclear perform and had a blast. They had food trucks and we decided to get the donuts from one of them. So tasty! There is so much to do here. You can rent kayaks, canoes, bikes, go ziplining (day and night), climbing activities, walk the paths and enjoy the beautiful scenery, food options, etc. We even saw a beaver while making our way to the entrance. I absolutely love this place and would reccomend anyone to check it out. They have so many outside adventures to choose from. Go check it out if you haven't already! You won't be disappointed. “Food was great, had an egg and cheese crossaint, some spinach, avocado, mushroom, and cheese crepes, the house veggie burger, and crispy eggplant with polenta and goat cheese. The crepe came with only the cheese on the inside and other ingredients on top, and was more of a crispy rather than soft or spongy texture, so somewhat different than I had pictured but they were good. I'd order all of it again! Service was good and attentive. Food was a little slow to come out at times given that the place was pretty empty, but I wasn't in a hurry and was taking my own time, so I didn't mind that. Will definitely return!“
