“We walked into Crave earlier and scheduled a pickup for a 6 pack and some cravelits. They didn't have it ready, but when they realized they made a small mistake they quickly got our order ready and even gave us extra points on our account. Our server was Adam, his manager was very compromising. All cookies were so fantastic and phenomenal!
Thank you Adam and manager! Sorry we didn't get the manager's name but he was very polite. The cookies themselves were magnificent and phenomenal! We will definitely be back!”

“l have been a longtime customer and finally gave up on them! the customer service is horrendous. l sat on hold for 15 minutes trying to order a pizza. third is at 545 on Monday night. while l was on hold l called beggars pizza on 143rd just west of wolf placed an order and was told to pick it up in 25 minutes. pizza pete finally came on and the girl who finally answered the phone after a second call on hold for 8 minutes. they used to be so good but now they can't even take orders on the phone.”

“I swear, this place should be making a killing off of their teas alone. The most flavorful teas I've had compared to most other boba places I've been. I got a Thai milk tea from a donut place, then came straight here when I tasted that flavorless milk tea because I knew they wouldn't disappoint. I've had at least half of their teas at this point, and none have missed.The food is just a huge bonus. Firstly, I'm so glad that they have kimchi; it's really good! Secondly, I know egg drop soup is usually on the more subtle side, but this was the most appetizing egg drop soup I've ever had (then again, I've been to no Michelin Star restaurants). Third, it's a clean place and the staff is friendly! Fourth, and most importantly for me, none of their seafood dishes so far have had that "may or may have expired" taste. The shrimp and scallops are always fresh tasting! I don't know what I'd do if this place closed for some reason.”

“We love Beggars pizza and order it whenever we order pizza. Great crust on the extra thin and thin crust as well. Toppings hard to beat by most pizza places since we like sausage, green pepper, and mushroom and they have plenty of topping just the way we like it. Our server was extremely attentive and frequented our table to ask if we needed anything if she didn’t know something she found someone who did. Great service by Ryann. Love beggars.”

I think he was the only server at that time. There was only two other families so he was ok. My only issue was that it was somewhat cool. I heard another customer say that he was on blood thinners and he couldn't be there too long. All-in-all a good time.”

“I had the opportunity to visit 2 weeks ago and I have been meaning to write a review since my visit. My dad sent me to get him a few burgers, and he was not disappointed. The staff here is simply AMAZING! I arrived and was quickly greeted in a friendly manner by Kionna (not sure of the spelling). It was a large order in front of me in the drive thru and a delay. On this hot day Kionna was professional, and considerate enough to offer me a drink, and a coupon for a future visit. I have had the pleasure of interacting with other amazing Managers in the past like Jeanine, and Debbie today. Great Teamwork, fantastic leadership and outstanding customer service!!!! “This is place is absolutely as good as the ones on the west coast. Probably better. For the uninitiated, the namesake “Fatburger” is kind of like a Whopper but if it was actually made with high quality ingredients. It’s wider so it’s a really good proportion meat to toppings to bun. Toppings are fresh and laid on nicely. It’s great to eat a handmade diner style burger that feels REAL. The fries here are also really good, you can tell they keep the oil clean. The Fatfries are crispy on the outside, fluffy inside like steak fries. The sweet potato fries are like a flat crinkle cut and it keeps them crispy without getting “gummy”. This place is a must visit.”

“I admire this family business, every time I dine here, I watch regulars come in and out and the relationship they have is truly beautiful. It’s easy to witness the community and impact they’ve built in the area. I’ve been here multiple occasions and the food is always excellent. It is definitely on the pricier side if you get anything besides an entree, which can lead you to spending about $30-$40. They used to take card although recently are doing cash only so I’d keep that in mind before stopping in.”

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. “Best Chik-Fil-A I have ever been to. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. My food was given to me before I even left the register. (The restaurant was PACKED) It was an order for 3. Service was fantastic. Someone asked me if they could get me anything while I was sitting down!!!! I meant WHAATTT. The team member who took my order, Joshua, was attentive, respectful, and incredibly handsome. The man in blue, (I think he was the manager based on his commanding presence and charming smile) gave me a look that said, “Yeah, I know we’re that good.” I am considering moving to Orland Park so I can come to this place as often as I can. I took out multiple shares following my experience (Saturday, July 27th @ ~7:30pm) because I know Chik-Fil-A will never fail as long as this location is running.”

“This was a fun place to take the kids. They enjoyed the colorful parlor and their ice cream selections. The portion sizes are large and the creations offer options for kids and adults. I gave 4 stars because the ice cream was too sweet for the adults but the kids said it was Perfect!”

The 0wner, Tommy is usually hanging around and is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes due to allergies I have to alter the menu a little and he doesn’t hesitate to switch things around a little… Do yourself a favor… stop in for a great meal and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.”

“Walked in and was quickly greeted by the pianist/bartender. We arrived pretty late, so the kitchen was closed, but the bartender said pizza was available. We ordered a cheese pizza and a couple of drinks. The drinks had just the right amount of alcohol and wefe delicious. The pizza was super tasty. The crowd was friendly. Before we left, the bartender came from behind the bar and played a few. While he played the piano, another bartender started juggling. It was quite a sight. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Now, luckily they have two customers at the bar. Charged for drinks we never had. Complained about a $92 bill for two appetizers and a few drinks. Told we have to apologize before we could come back in. Melissa is horrible! Better restaurants in Orland Park!”
