Tradycja Polish Fusion Cuisine is a family owned gem in Orland Park. The food is amazing, authentic, and delicious. Dishes like the Polish plate, beef goulash, Polish stuffed cabbage with fried Pierogi, and sauerkraut perogies are some of the best. The sauerkraut and meat pierogies, Polish sausage, and potato pancakes are also outstanding. The apple cake impressed everyone, and the Limoncello is addicting. The drink menu features Polish Zywicz beer on tap. The friendliest staff provides great service. Even during busy times with large parties, the wait is well worth it. The only negative is the atmosphere is really dark, making it hard to read the menu and see food served in black bowls. Despite not having a reservation, guests are seated right away and treated well. This restaurant is amazing, and anyone who gives it less than 5 is off their rocker. It is a must-visit for authentic Polish food.
