“The appetizer was brought with the meal. 3 of our 4 entrees were served cold. We had reservations for 5:30, checked in at 4:00, went to the bar. Went back to the reception desk at5:30, waited 20 minutes for our table. The waitress was very inattentive. Disappointed!“

She executed the design and was very impressive with the time frame and was able to deliver exactly my vision . She such a good spirited person and her brother was a pleasure as well !! “Very friendly service! Was able to sample some of the food items ( Thanks Souna!, forgive the misspelling) Food is very fresh and the large Kabob plate is delicious and very plentiful. Love the Falafel and the Kibbeh was good. Really good is the Arabic pizza the cheese and grilled veggie one. I will be returning!“

“Best place to eat in Chicago! I started going there when the owner became a client of the company I was working for in the mid-90s, setting up cash registers in the restaurant he opened for his nephew. I no longer live in Chicago, but make it a point to stop there and speak with the owner every chance I get. Always great food and exceptional service! You may have to wait in line, though. Understandably, it's a very popular place!“

“This is my third time eating at Pita Pita. and I keep coming back for a reason! The first time, I had just the falafel, and it was the biggest—and best-tasting—falafel I’ve ever had. Every bite was packed with seasoning, and compared to other places in the area, this one stands out as the absolute best. On my second visit, I tried the mixed lunch, and it was simply delicious. The variety of meats, the creamy garlic sauce, and the refreshing salad with a hint of mint made for a healthy yet satisfying meal. The presentation was just as impressive as the flavors. Now, here I am again—two days in a row! Yesterday, I had lunch, and today, I’m back for dinner. This time, I ordered the mixed dinner, six falafels, and a side of that incredible garlic sauce. As I sit in my car taking photos of my meal, I can’t help but feel pure happiness. Five stars all around for both the food and the customer service! Pita Pita has officially earned my Golden Seal of Approval Award 🏆.“

“I have visited this lovely establishment several times now and every time has been an unforgettable foodgasmic experience ! What is even more notable than that is the customer service. There are many places with good food, especially my home kitchen but good customer service and a place with a very welcoming staff with warm beautiful smiling faces is getting really hard to find.
