“Best Chik-Fil-A I have ever been to. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. My food was given to me before I even left the register. (The restaurant was PACKED) It was an order for 3. Service was fantastic. Someone asked me if they could get me anything while I was sitting down!!!! I meant WHAATTT. The team member who took my order, Joshua, was attentive, respectful, and incredibly handsome. The man in blue, (I think he was the manager based on his commanding presence and charming smile) gave me a look that said, “Yeah, I know we’re that good.” I am considering moving to Orland Park so I can come to this place as often as I can. I took out multiple shares following my experience (Saturday, July 27th @ ~7:30pm) because I know Chik-Fil-A will never fail as long as this location is running.“

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!“

“My kids love the food and its always fast drive thru service. Just be cautioned if you order online for car delivery you'll likely be waiting a while for someone to bring the food out. But no worries, just go in and grab it from the counter. They're busy with a constant flow of people's, so it's no wonder.“

“I had the opportunity to visit 2 weeks ago and I have been meaning to write a review since my visit. My dad sent me to get him a few burgers, and he was not disappointed. The staff here is simply AMAZING! I arrived and was quickly greeted in a friendly manner by Kionna (not sure of the spelling). It was a large order in front of me in the drive thru and a delay. On this hot day Kionna was professional, and considerate enough to offer me a drink, and a coupon for a future visit. I have had the pleasure of interacting with other amazing Managers in the past like Jeanine, and Debbie today. Great Teamwork, fantastic leadership and outstanding customer service!!!! “Awesome Burgers ! Tons of toppings! Really Awesome fries. Cooked twice in peanut oil makes them really tasty! I like how they list the Idaho farms the potatoes come from. They always pour in extra fries in your bag. ? Great skakes also! Clean dinning room and restrooms. Professional, Courteous, Friendly staff.“

“The young man, Erik, who waited on me was so very polite. its a rarity ro find someone as polite and easy going as he was. based on his great attitude alone the place gets 5 stars.“

“The Chicago style hotdog was good as usual but the man who was the cashier needs to be taught how to give change back to the customer. You do not put slippery coins on top of the dollar bills where the coins fall off and hit the counter and then the floor. You should hand the customer the change and then the currency.“

“The service was fast. The food tasted delicious but my husband and I got double bacon burgers both on gluten free buns. I don't know if they changed the brand of the buns or not but they just disintigrated while we tried to eat them! Please bring back the buns you used to have!“

“McDonald’s Restaurants have sure changed since I was little and this one is soo chill. It is the classiest in this part of the Chicago Southland in my opinion. Don’t be surprised if you tend to run into some white collar professionals at this one. And it’s a great McDonald’s to see every generation hangout—sweet senior citizens handing out & grandparents taking their grandkids for lunch. Kind crew, clean & modern interior, and well organized too. I like how there isn’t a drink station, and that you need to get napkins & other utensils directly from the front counter. It makes sense when you think about it: less messes, less waste, more seating space & less stress for us parents. ☺️“
