“They have a local brick and mortar location in the Orland Park Mall but I am a food truck junkie so that is where I experienced this venue.I have to say to start that their prices are very high. But they make up for that in quality, taste and service. I visited them for the first time at a local bar where they parked the food truck at. It was a cold and rainy day but it didn't stop us. We had great tasting pretzel items and dipping sauce.Good place! Try it!“
“Visited several times in the month of April 2019; this small but very, clean and wonderful kiosk in the Chicago Ridge Mall;conveniently located across from Gloria Jean's coffee shop and close to Auldi's market .Great workers with a knack for sticking to an easily replenished product. One of the best choices for a a young crowd and a place for us old foggies to rest for a moment. Keep this one on the list of the best !“
“Had one of these down in Homer Glen. It is incomprehensible to me how wonderful these pretzels are. With a cheddar cheese dipping sauce (I should have gotten the second nacho cheese) , and a soft it cost me $7 bucks. Believe me this is a great deal for what you get“
“I love me some Wetzel's Pretzels especially when I come to this mall. The pretzels are always freshly made and warm, and they aren't stangy with the cinnamon! Definitely would recommend if you love pretzels! And, the prices and sizes aren't bad at all.“
“the people are nice and they do get you with upselling but it’s done in a very nice and respectful manner the food was amazing although i had asked for it to be fresh and they had no objections and said as long as i wait it will be no problem. they even had fun interactions with some of the people walking by just being funny.Dietary restrictions: was able to have no butter or no salted bitesKid-friendliness: they are very kind to kids and even have dog bites which are easier to swallow and chew“
