The manager, Luis, told me “no problem,” and he helped me make my choices based on the amount of people that I was feeding for a birthday/anniversary party. I had bags full of fresh, hot pretzels, pretzel nuggets and dips in just a short wait, along with lots of lemonade. Thank you, Luis and team for making my event a complete HIT!!!!!! Everything was delicious and your kindness and help were very much appreciated.“

“I recently visited Auntie Anna Chicago Ridge Mall and I have to say it was a delightful experience! The pretzels were absolutely delicious-soft , warm and perfect baked. they offer a variety of flavors from classic salted to sweet almond. Each pretzel is made a fresh order and you can taste the difference in quality. The staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient, even though it was a bit busy they serve my order with a smile and got it ready and no time. I would recommend if you’re craving a tasty snack while shopping.“
