“I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for a while now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The service is consistently excellent. Server Jen was wonderful, friendly personality and a kind smile that made the experience warm and welcoming. The food was just as impressive. The nuggets were incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked and I also ordered the lemonade, which had a great, refreshing burst of citrus that paired perfectly with regular pretzel bites. I highly recommend this place. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or just passing by.“

“I'm a little belated in writing this review. Normally I wouldn't write a review for fast food, but I have to say, this was good. Not just because nof the food, but because of one woman: Denise. Either Denise accidentally forgot to give me my pretzel nuggets or I walked away without them, but she was super sweet and gave me two cups to make up for it. The world could use more people like her, she is sweet as candy and felt like family I've never had. Denise, if you read this, thanks a lot! Don't stop smiling, it's super infectious! :)“

“Hands down best fast food shop in Chicago. This is my first review ever posted and rightfully so as this restaurant does it all. From making a fresh batch of pretzels upon a friendly request to giving homeless people free food at the end of their business day, this restaurant is the epitome of what an American small business should be. The owner could not be any more friendly and customer oriented as he’s seen daily running around the restaurant, cleaning, and making sure his customers are satisfied. I’ve become a regular at this place, as it crosses paths with my daily commute, and have yet to be disappointed. The food brought me in, but the customer service and clean well managed store keeps me coming back!“

“It was a quick stop, the shop was moderately busy, there were no customers queuing up to the counter, where an amiable staff greeted me cheerfully. I just ordered an Original Pretzel, that was consumed a bit later, it was good, but I've had better pretzels at some other Auntie Anne's shops. In any case, the pretzel was fresh made, and for me that was enough to enjoy it. The price of a pretzel has gone up: the total of $6.69 (with tax) seems to be quite high, but these days we often pay even higher prices for the food of much lower quality. I didn't get the refreshing drink at this shop, although the menu offered quite a variety of those. The shop is nicely appointed, the location is on Level 7 in Water Tower Place on N Michigan Ave.“

“It is a cute little stand alone Auntie Annses but I don't recommend going around lunch time during the week, the whole plaza was filled with high school kids and there was a line...although the line did go quickly and using the order online option helped.“
