Excellent service. The place is located within Millenium Station. It is accessible from an entryway on the Southwest Corner of Randolph and Michigan. Highly recommend! You can never go wrong with this chain.
Hands down best fast food shop in Chicago. This is my first review ever posted and rightfully so as this restaurant does it all. From making a fresh batch of pretzels upon a friendly request to giving homeless people free food at the end of their business day, this restaurant is the epitome of what an American small business should be. The staff is really kind. I submitted an online order yesterday and I failed to let her know I had arrived. Today she found my order of the large dragon fruit drink and re-made my order free of charge! That type of kindness doesn't happen everyday you know.
