I was in and out fast and the quality met expectations. Typical for the Loop you're paying a huge premium to eat lunch there and unfortunately this restaurant is no different. Also typical for the Loop this restaurant closes very early (4:00 p.m.). Long story short eating lunch in the Loop SUCKS but if you have a craving for Jimmy John's this location will satisfy as well as any other.
So I come here pretty much every day for lunch and my order is always prepared properly and quickly they have never made a mistake and they always greet me with a warm and positive attitudeAnd the one time I had an issue they spent the time to understand what the problem was and turns out it was my fault and they explained clearly where the error occurredOverall I love this jimmy John's the staff is the best

Holy cow, fastest Jimmy Johns order I've ever received- freaky fast indeed. I've previously ordered from JJs in the suburbs & central Illinois, but dang, this location got to my office really quick. The delivery guy was so nice too. Sandwich was made perfect.
