Can we take a minute to appreciate great customer service?
Yesterday at HomerFest, I ordered pretzels and completely forgot to ask for them without butter. It was totally my fault. I went back up and asked if I could order another batch without butter, fully expecting to pay for it.
Instead, they told me not to worry about it and made me a fresh order free of charge.
