We then came around to pay for our two separate transactions and Simone was so courteous that when the window wasn’t open to take our payment she actually handed me back my card and said “I don’t want to take this out of sight” while she went to go call to get the window open. THAT is what caught my attention and proved to us that Simone is an incredibly courteous employee who provides excellent customer service, WITH A SMILE. As a previous victim of credit card theft due to fast food employees writing down/taking pictures of cards this really meant a lot to us. Then we had heard the car behind us mention something about the wait time, and Simone had a perfectly poise and respectful response that the car at the front of the line had a big order and they’re working on getting everyone taken care of. Today it is hard to find people to want to work at all, let alone work in the service industry and just simply beam with positivity. Keep it up Simone, White Castle is lucky to have you.“

“Best Subway in the south suburbs. Veggies are always fresh and place is always clean. My son is allergic to fish and they are always very cautious when I inform them. Meet and Hamish are always so kind and sweet. I looked at their name tags so hopefully I’m spelling it right as I write this review. Highly recommended it. I have 2 subways within less than a mile from me but I always drive to this one.“
