“A friendly cashier, professional cooks,clean dining area, self serve drinks, we ordered cheeseburgers & fries cooked perfect!! Only thing I wished I would of checked the specials BOGO milkshakes in Sept. would've tried 1!!!!“

“I've been here now twice and each time it was great an amazing experience with the wait staff and food. When I tried it the 1st for my nieces birthday we had a party of 18 and Jovon with the help of other did they thang! We had 6 children under 10 years and Jovon handled it all with ease. Even while having other tables He still took care of us amd them without missing a beatand that great service ❤ Because everything went well on my 1st visit i went again just to make sure it wasn't a trick I took my cousin for her birthday and yet again our server Anthony did not disappoint her had tables to the left a party to the right and still took care of us like a champ! I loved it will be back again forsure!
Downside because its a great service and atmosphere the wait time will be long we wait 1 hr for 2 people at 7pm on a Friday (not to bad but we were hungry lol)
Also I wish they put the same energy that the service has into the cleanliness of the bathrooms both visit there was any tissue in the restroom and it was paper and tissue on the floor. But again don't let stop you from visiting this location in Orland Park, IL ✌🏾💋“

“This place is the /best./ Went for the first time today and cannot recommend this food enough. The housemade salsa ranchera is to DIE for; they actually feed you like you want to eat instead of letting you get hungry almost right after. My meal was priced well and the portion was enough to make brunch and dinner of it. I am rarely Food Network about a place, but this diner is the literal best food I've had in a very long time. Possibly ever. And Katrina, our server, was amazing.“

“This location has friendly employees, and the food is consistent in taste and always hot.

The only problem I have is going through the drive thru - the screen that the cashier uses is absolutely filthy, disgusting.

You can see the caked on dirt and the fingerprints on all the keys on the screen.“

“I came in today and Solomon was the only employee working today. Even with a store full of customers and online orders, waiting to be fulfilled, he went above and beyond in his duties to take orders and prepare food in a timely order. Working in food service is hard enough and this wonderful employee took the challenges in stride and with a smile on his face. Give that man a raise!“

“First time here and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend the gyros my fiance had a sub and it seemed to be a popular choice cuz we heard like 3 other people order it. It was also very clean and all around nice restaurant we will be going back soon“

“First, if you've never had a Dairy Queen burger, you're missing out.
Cashier was friendly. I'd ordered a cake earlier in the week. It was ready and correct. Hadn't had lunch, so I ordered burger, rings and a drink.
My first heads up was the guy standing to the side. When I asked him if he was in line he said no. Waiting on my order. Then a group of 5 came in, followed by a group of 3. Everyone ordered ice cream. It looked like the crew was confused? Not coordinated at all. That took forever to get the ice cream people handled. Another couple came in, stood in front of the cashier for about 3-4 minutes. Never acknowledged, so they walked out. After 20 minutes (I checked the time stamp on my receipt) I asked if they forgot about me. Cashier starts throwing the grill operator under the bus instead of taking care of it. Got my burger, rings, had to go back for my drink.
All I can think of is, PLEASE, get some professional training in there! You're spilling business.
I will go back though. Burgers are fabulous.“

“McDonald’s Restaurants have sure changed since I was little and this one is soo chill. It is the classiest in this part of the Chicago Southland in my opinion. Don’t be surprised if you tend to run into some white collar professionals at this one. And it’s a great McDonald’s to see every generation hangout—sweet senior citizens handing out & grandparents taking their grandkids for lunch. Kind crew, clean & modern interior, and well organized too. I like how there isn’t a drink station, and that you need to get napkins & other utensils directly from the front counter. It makes sense when you think about it: less messes, less waste, more seating space & less stress for us parents. ☺️“
