“Brittany (who I was told had just started) was absolutely amazing. Even though we ordered on the kiosk, she saw us standing and made sure that we weren’t waiting on anything from them. I truly appreciated her attentiveness, kindness, and sense of urgency. Lately customer service has not been up to par so she was beyond exceptional. We were visiting from North Carolina. And this is by far not only the best McDonald’s service but the best service that I’ve experienced in a very long time so not only should you keep Brittney but you might want to make her grow within the company because talent like this doesn’t come so easily these days. Again thank you and we also told her manager in person and he was the one who told us she had just started.“

You all should come down and try out their rodeo cheeseballs which are packed with lots of flavor, and if you want chicken tryout their Dubai chicken sandwich, they put it on this really great tasting bread from Dubai. “If you want a GREAT burger Happy Bites is the place to go. They have a variety of flavors and options for a truly unique burger. Always cooked to perfection and full of flavor. You don't need to go to BWW for great wings. They have bone-in and boneless options, and amazing sauces. Their delivery service is great. Food arrives hot and fresh and fast!“

“Absolutely the best Italian Beef sandwich on the south side, arguably the best in Chicago. The home made Giardiniera is also very good, with the perfect amount of heat. The sandwich is huge and the price is very good. Wish they had fresh cut fries. People working there are always nice. Small place, not a lot of seating, but has the old school Chicago vibe that I like. I live an hour away, but if I'm in the area I always stop in for a bite.“

“This is hands down our favorite restaurant. We eat here at least twice a week, and the consistency is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The service is warm, efficient, and always welcoming. The chicken skewers are outstanding. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and cooked just right every time. They are flavorful without being heavy, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The Greek salad is equally impressive. Crisp vegetables, generous feta, balanced dressing, and always fresh. It is simple, but done exceptionally well. When a restaurant can deliver this level of quality consistently multiple times a week, that says everything. We highly recommend it.“

“Pulled up late for a quick bite and got the pork chop sandwich with a side of fries. Chop was juicy with that classic grilled onion pile and mustard, exactly how you want it from a spot like this. Counter was quick even with a couple people ahead of me, and the whole place has that old school throwback feel. Solid late night option when nothing else is open.“

“I've been here now twice and each time it was great an amazing experience with the wait staff and food. When I tried it the 1st for my nieces birthday we had a party of 18 and Jovon with the help of other did they thang! We had 6 children under 10 years and Jovon handled it all with ease. Even while having other tables He still took care of us amd them without missing a beatand that great service ❤ Because everything went well on my 1st visit i went again just to make sure it wasn't a trick I took my cousin for her birthday and yet again our server Anthony did not disappoint her had tables to the left a party to the right and still took care of us like a champ! I loved it will be back again forsure!
Downside because its a great service and atmosphere the wait time will be long we wait 1 hr for 2 people at 7pm on a Friday (not to bad but we were hungry lol)
Also I wish they put the same energy that the service has into the cleanliness of the bathrooms both visit there was any tissue in the restroom and it was paper and tissue on the floor. But again don't let stop you from visiting this location in Orland Park, IL ✌🏾💋“

“They have the best cheeseburger in Chicago. I went there in 2012, and 2013 on Kedzie, and omg it’s the best. I used to live in Highland Indiana and I took public transportation which it was GPTC bus to Downtown Hammond, and pace bus from Downtown Hammond Indiana to Downtown Harvey Illinois, and pace 349 from Harvey Transportation Center to 111th and Western, and CTA Route #112 bus from 111th and Western to 111th and Kedzie. Well now since I finally move to Chicago Auburn Gresham with my fiancé, and now I live 15 minutes away. I take 79th Street bus from 79th and Ashland to 79th and Kedzie, and transfer to CTA Route #52A Southbound and go all way to 111th and Kedzie. I’m even more glad you guys reopened which I had no idea where you guys relocated at Thanks to my friend Tracy for telling me where it is. I went there with my fiancé Raymon. I’m so glad you guys are amazing, and the service was great too. I’ll be back. This place is even very affordable.“

“What made our experience truly memorable was our server, Isabele. From the moment she took care of us, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job and when someone truly enjoys making people feel welcome — Isabele is definitely the latter.

After a long day of traveling, her positive attitude and excellent service were exactly what we needed. She made an ordinary airport stop feel personal and enjoyable, which is not something you experience very often.

“I went to Tinley park Schoop’s for the 1st time just over a month ago and have been back weekly since. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. “I am still 1000% convinced that Culver's is the best fast casual burger place. Hell, even better than McDonald's, Wendy's and BK. Even though BK has gotten WAY better than before. I still haven't had the chance to eat at In N Out yet but so far nothing beats Culver's. The only one that may come a bit close to defeating the mighty Culver's is Shake Shack, but, still, Culver's is king. “Stopped by for a quick lunch after grocery shopping. My friend ordered the Saturday special—the Super Burger, a massive ½‑lb burger served with fries. I wasn’t as hungry, so I went with the patty melt instead.

The Super Burger lived up to its name and was topped with grilled onions and mozzarella cheese. My patty melt was spot on: crispy bread and a perfect burger‑to‑grilled‑onions ratio. I also grabbed a large fountain drink, and refills were $1.

The interior has been recently updated, and they’re clearly making good use of the space, including a half‑booth facing the window. The booths were comfortable, making it an easy place to sit and enjoy lunch.“

“We had dinner here this past Tuesday evening. Our server was beyond awesome! I have a gluten allergy and I appreciate Fridays offering a gluten free bun option, my burger was cooked perfect and was delicious! “I come to the oak Lawn establishment quite often, but haven't been there in a while due to work commitments . I was in last week and as usual, I ordered with Bill at the cash register. He jokes with me as he knows what I like, but more importantly, he was genuinely concerned that I was ok because he hadn't seen me in some time. I always get 2 shack burgers, and a drink. He calls me tht best dressed man in the place as I still get dressed in a suit everyday to go into the office. Great sense of humor.“

The host on the other hand, told my sister that we had to move to a different seating because the seat we was sitting at originally is for more than two people. So we moved to a different seat. Two caucasian lady come in and sit at the same table we moved from and nothing at all was said to them. We later was told that we can seat ourselves, which makes this situation even more confusing. “The food here was excellent! Fresh, generous portions, my pumpkin spice pancakes were fantastic! I love pumpkin pie so I gave these a try. I sampled eggs benedict, the BLT and their soup from my guests at the table, all good also. I will definitely be going back to try other delicious items on their menu.“
