The cod sandwich was crispy, flaky & fresh with a nice soft roll. Everyone loved the beef sandwich and burgers. Some weren't crazy about the flavor of the sauce on the Spicy AF burger but said the actual burger was delicious (others did like the sauce- don't knock it till you try it). Sides & service were also great. We will return for sure. Only got a pic of the fish.“

“We visited and tried the Vegan Gyro and the Vegan BBQ Tips, with sides of regular fries and garlic fries. The Gyro was very filling, so I saved the fries for later. The Gyro did have a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste personally, but it was good overall. The star of the show, however, was the BBQ Tips. They were very good flavor wise, and I liked the texture, but my best friend felt that the texture was not agreeable; they were very chewy, so it's mostly just a personal preference. The fries were good; we enjoyed that they had a sort of sweet aftertaste!“

“This place is so nostalgic. It reminds me of a special time in my life. When I was a kid, my mom would take me shopping near Roosevelt & Halsted Street in Chicago. I could smell burgers, polishes, pork chops, and grilled onions for miles. My mouth would be drooling, and I couldn't wait until mom finished her shopping. This place has good food. However, I am not fond of their French fries. They taste as if they are processed with a light breading and salt. Other locations still take the time to make hand cut fries.“

The host on the other hand, told my sister that we had to move to a different seating because the seat we was sitting at originally is for more than two people. So we moved to a different seat. Two caucasian lady come in and sit at the same table we moved from and nothing at all was said to them. We later was told that we can seat ourselves, which makes this situation even more confusing. I ordered it without the whipped cream and powdered sugar and it wasn't overly sweet, it was perfect for me. The coffee was also very good and I'm picky about my coffee. They also offer freshly squeezed OJ. Their tater tots were perfectly crispy and so were their homemade chips. I will definitely visit this place again. I visited on a Friday morning so it wasn't very crowded but they had a few people there. I'm assuming weekends get busy so I would go there early.
