“I had a wonderful experience at this Wendy’s. The lady working at the front counter was polite, professional, and welcoming. She spoke clearly, carried on a pleasant conversation, and provided excellent customer service.

There was also a young man cleaning the dining room who was very friendly and hardworking. While he was cleaning, he left some supplies out, and I observed the manager address the situation. What stood out to me was how professionally she handled it. She was not rude, loud, or disrespectful. Instead, she calmly explained that he needed to complete one task before moving on to another. She spoke to him with kindness and respect, which says a lot about her leadership.

It was refreshing to see a team working together in such a positive and professional environment. Great customer service, respectful management, and a clean restaurant make for a great dining experience.
