“This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is awesome and for their prices, it’s 100% worth it. Also gives back to the community! What else could you want! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“I just have to shout out Michelle, the amazing manager at McDonald's in Alsip! Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. Michelle has this incredible energy that lights up the whole place. She's always got a smile on her face and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. She’s not just serving food; she’s creating an experience. Michelle jokes around with everyone, bringing fun and positive vibes to the entire atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about her team and the customers.

Whenever she’s working, I know I’m going to get top-notch service. She has a way of making even the busiest days feel lighthearted. I truly believe Michelle deserves a raise for all the hard work and positivity she brings to McDonald's. She is an absolute gem and a huge reason why I keep coming back! Keep shining, Michelle—you’re making a difference!“

“I had a wonderful experience at this Wendy’s. The lady working at the front counter was polite, professional, and welcoming. She spoke clearly, carried on a pleasant conversation, and provided excellent customer service.

There was also a young man cleaning the dining room who was very friendly and hardworking. While he was cleaning, he left some supplies out, and I observed the manager address the situation. What stood out to me was how professionally she handled it. She was not rude, loud, or disrespectful. Instead, she calmly explained that he needed to complete one task before moving on to another. She spoke to him with kindness and respect, which says a lot about her leadership.

It was refreshing to see a team working together in such a positive and professional environment. Great customer service, respectful management, and a clean restaurant make for a great dining experience.

I would highly recommend eating here and will gladly return in the future. 😊🍔🥤“

“Listen, this was a very great restaurant, I’m shocked that it’s not getting more buzz! You all should come down and try out their rodeo cheeseballs which are packed with lots of flavor, and if you want chicken tryout their Dubai chicken sandwich, they put it on this really great tasting bread from Dubai. Don’t want to eat a ton of carbs? That’s alright try their Flying Dutchman burger without the shame or guilt of not leaving here without a meal! It’s something for everyone and if you have a sweet tooth get you a shake. 🥰not sponsored but I really enjoyed my time here and I hope you will as well.“
