“The customer service was great!! The cashier was funny and friendly and the manager had a smile across his face that will light a room!! The friendly atmosphere was very welcoming. The eating are was clean. The BATHROOM was clean (a VERY IMPORTANT and huge pet peeve of mine)!! The outdoor eating are was nice. There was ample parking as well. You all should come down and try out their rodeo cheeseballs which are packed with lots of flavor, and if you want chicken tryout their Dubai chicken sandwich, they put it on this really great tasting bread from Dubai. “I have visited this Chick-fil-A location many times, and one thing that consistently stands out is the exceptional customer service. The team is always welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant, and that kind of consistency deserves to be acknowledged.
On my most recent visit, Jim Ulysses and were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made an already enjoyable visit even better. What I especially appreciate about this location is that great service clearly extends throughout the entire team. Even the management is personable, approachable, and willing to engage with customers in a way that makes you feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply processed through a transaction.
In a time when excellent customer service can sometimes feel like a lost art, it is refreshing to visit a restaurant where hospitality still matters.
