“Overall growing up in Chicago, can't go wrong with the classics at Harolds. Visited for the holidays From Los Angeles taste like my childhood. A couple of different locations during off peak hours. Says it's under new management. I guess that is good because this spot the food is bomb. & the honey biscuits you can't get at other locations melt on your mouth. Customer service is good and professional. Tho you may have to wait a little minute. Don't go if you're on a time crunch or in a rush. Also, was better when I ordered on Uber and picked it up. Uber delivery for them is good too!!“
“Was craving fried Chicken so I ordered the original chicken sandwich no pickles. They actually remembered not to put pickles on the sandwich which was a plus, definitely needed a little bit more Mayo but it did have the classic KFC taste and the chicken was cooked really well. Didn't realize how good KFC fries are.“
“I grew up on the south side of Chicago I now live in Georgia due to being in the military. I thought that Browns Chicken was long gone, but be still my heart it's still open. The chicken after more than 20 yrs is still crispy and delicious, and the coleslaw is still creamy just the way I liked it back in the day...love Brown's chicken.“
“Great food all the time. I am truly a regular, and I never had a meal that I had to complain about or return. Must ask for bread. Cabbage and cheese is the best ? ? ?Parking: There's a large shared parking lot, and you may find a spot right in front, but wherever you park, there is only a short distance to walk from the restaurant.“
“Just as you expect. Very good for fast food. Yea they have many ingredients that are not good for us but hey it’s a tasty treat. We have been coming here since it opened and has been consistent the whole time. I would highly recommend this location.“
“Chill staff, quick service, good prices for the amount of food. The self service mil' sauce station is dope, haven't experienced that before. Missing 5th star only because I've had food at other locations that tasted a bit better (to me). This location is fine. Go support them.“
“It’s a 5 out of 5 for me! Food was ready quickly and even after a 25 minute drive home…. We opened it up and it was STILL HOT! That is such a huge factor for me because reheating your food takes something away (in my opinion)! They gave us a great amount of food for the relatively small price we paid. My only complaint would be the amount of bones plus how small & frequent they are. I got in my jerk chicken dish. Someone could easily choke if not being careful so just a warning… the flavor and taste make it worth it though. I didn’t go in to get our takeout but my boyfriend did and said they were extremely pleasant. I would definitely come back!“
“We came here for lunch today and it was awesome. I got the medium and it wasn't spicy, next time I'm going with the hot. We waited about 45 minutes in line. The place is small but most get their chicken to go so even with a long line there's room to sit down and eat.“
“People were nice. It's the service who's good. They were tattooed to what we need it. They were happy to see us. We were happy to see them. We had a great report with the service and that was great. We were told what was on sale. What was the best thing to buy or mixture of both? It was good. I gotta give them that One draw back days. They didn't have a restroom. Which is the difference for some people of ordering and not ordering, because you need to use the bathroom other than that. I guess everything. What's OK?“
“Sharks won't sell two piece fish and fries beyond 4:00pm. Requires three piece fish and fries be sold after 4:00pm with inflationary prices added to sales price. In today's inflationary times people shop where they can get the most for their dollar. Unfortunately for Sharks it's cheaper to go to the grocery store and prepair the food yourself. I encourage Americans throughout the US to boycott fast food chains that require their product be sold at larger quantities with inflationary prices attached to it. It's Americans who pay your check not hugs.“
