“I live 2 blocks away for the past 5 years. The first time into this store and felt calm, happy people, clean, organized. It is at its best! The food is always great comfort foods. “Love this KFC especially you can tell how well kept they have outside and when you order the workers are very attentive . Their uniforms are well kept .Food is always served hot and expectations always on point. I actually travel out my way takes me about 20mins or so to get there . Awesome service!“
“Met with smiles at the register. Made the perfect recommendation for spice level too. I had the hot and boyfriend had medium. I love that it really was spicy and flavorful. Daves Not Chicken was great. Cooked perfectly, crisp and beautiful portion of cauli. Tasty pickles. Was happily full. Will definitely return.“
“The service was excellent. Quite friendly. The food came in an appropriate length of time. Slower than fast food, but they cook it when you order it, so extra time is expected.I got the number two, which is two tenders. It came with a scoop of potato salad and a small handful of fries, which I felt could have been larger. Potatoes are cheap. Load it up to the point we can't eat them all.I ordered the tenders with "mild" flavor. I'm a sissy when it comes to spice, and these tenders made this grown man want to cry they were so hot. I can only imagine what the actual hot flavors taste like. Lord have mercy.The potato salad was unremarkable. It was neither fantastic, nor terrible. An appropriate quality as well as quantity.The tender sauce it comes with is also unremarkable. It's not Raising Canes quality, but it was adequate for these tenders, which were large, tender and quite favorable to the pallet.The price was fair, as today's food market goes, though marks off for using one of those card readers that fills you with guilt by asking for a tip, when the only service provided was when the guy took the order and handed me the receipt. He was great, but to ask for a tip in that situation is not appropriate.The atmosphere is fine. A rather plain open room, with a few tables along the wall. A couple tvs adorn the walls, with one playing a basketball game, and one showing something in Spanish. A radio played as well, making the tvs inaudible.All in all, it's a decent place. I'd definitely stop in again for lunch, though it probably won't be tomorrow, as the happy workers behind the counter suggested when they jokingly told everyone "see you tomorrow" as each walked out the door. A nice touch, which leaves you with a smile as you leave, woth a fully belly(Though a bit empty of fries).Next time, I'll go with the "naked" variety though. It's an hour later, and I'm still feeling the burn.Well done Byrds. I approve.“
“Just as you expect. Very good for fast food. Yea they have many ingredients that are not good for us but hey it’s a tasty treat. We have been coming here since it opened and has been consistent the whole time. I would highly recommend this location.“

“Sharks won't sell two piece fish and fries beyond 4:00pm. Requires three piece fish and fries be sold after 4:00pm with inflationary prices added to sales price. In today's inflationary times people shop where they can get the most for their dollar. Unfortunately for Sharks it's cheaper to go to the grocery store and prepair the food yourself. I encourage Americans throughout the US to boycott fast food chains that require their product be sold at larger quantities with inflationary prices attached to it. It's Americans who pay your check not hugs.“
“I was doubting to make a review on 3/7/24 but I believe that this KFC is better then ever..The customer service was so great theFirst time I came for there grand opening.So far that I came in there was a manger wearing a black and white stripe shirt names Sabrina. She was very polite and professional even though she was struggling that’s night with a bunch of orders she came up to me and talk to me and explain that everyone is still new and working on how to be better and more efficient with completing, orders and she did warning everyone saying that it was going to be a long waiting on chicken and I totally understand because the drive thru was extremely pack and busy as well as inside of the store.My only concern was one of the female with red hair that night was extremely loud and making rude nauseous comments about costumers weight and everyone heard that night and wanted to speak with manger that night and that was Sabrina.I seen that Sabrina was struggling to have the girls complete orders correctly that night and asked for Sabrina name and the other girls names also I was told it was Gisele and Natalie.So far as that night goes Sabrina and the girl in brown hairs where very polite and explain the situation and noticed a lot of people that night was extremely upset with Sabrina and also yelling at her and the other female that had brown hair. As a customer my food took long but also came up correctly made and they throw in extra sides and I appreciate for that and extra chicken as well. I’m just very surprised that this KFC turned around because before then there where very rude and didn’t care and didn’t comply before.Love this KFC now and doing better“
“Let me start off by thanking the original staff for taking back over and turning this place back around. I had a minor unpleasant experience years ago and didn’t bother to return. I had seen signs posted previously about new management, but as quick as I saw them I didn’t any longer. However, last night I was headed home and saw they were still open and thought let me give them a try again! Just from entry you can feel and see the difference! I am so sorry to not have gotten their names, but the, I believe owner and, cashier who checked me out was phenomenal! The chef was awesome too. They both just had such welcoming personable spirits and we stood and talked the whole time the food was being prepared, which made the time fly by. (time flies when you’re having fun!) As we said yesterday, sometimes you don’t know how much a person can need that kindness and I truly appreciate the friendly service I received yesterday. Now! On to that delicious food! I ordered the cat & wing combo which comes with 3 wings and 2 pieces of catfish with fries. Delicious!! I must add that I visited an hour before closing time, so around 10:30-10:40 PM, and as you can see the time does not determine the quality here.. fresh and tasty food all day long! That is also appreciated because you can’t say that all the time about food establishments. The fish was flaky and the wings were juicy. And that sauce? Perfect. True Harold’s mild sauce! And if you know what I mean when I say that, then you know! But if you’ve never had Harold’s and this review is your ticket to try them out, let me just say make sure you include some mild sauce! The wait wasn’t more than 10-15 minutes but I didn’t mind that either not only because of the service, but your food is cooked fresh to order. My meal was perfect, and they even asked about and included the coleslaw! This brought another taste of my home Chicago to my new home in Indiana. If you’ve ever had an unpleasant experience in the past, please give them another try! You will not regret it! And I myself will be back to patron again and again. ❤️“
