“Was picking up chicken for the fellas for a NFL game watch gathering. Did not order in advance and wished I had, but that's on me. Chicken was great and you get 2 hot sauces (mild and hot) on the side. Place is clean and staff was great. Suggest placing your order in advance if you want to save the waiting time.“

“First time I've ever been and it was great. Had the sliders, some boneless wings, and some flavored cheese planks. The service was good, and my server was pleasant. The atmosphere is takeout with some seating areas. Will definitely visit this place frequently to try the rest of the menu.“

“I visited 2 evenings in a row because the service was so friendly and the delicious messy fries were perfectly prepared on night 1. Different staff were in on night 2, yet the service was just as friendly and the messy fries just as yummy! I am Very picky about how my chicken is cooked and Fry the Coop does not disappoint. “The kids at the register were nice and the food was ready quickly. It was my first time at Chick-fil-A. I expected it to be overpriced and underflavored, but it was decent. My only issue was overflowing trash cans, which looked neglected. It wasn't the best last impression, but overall everything else was okay.“

“The food is great service needs works with being so new. We went there and ordered 4 dinners we told the girl at the window we wanted sauces. We get all the way back to Mokena to find all our food with no sauces. So we drove back to get the sauce and we got questions as if we wanted to drive all the way back to get sauce and eat cold food. The lady was less than kind that we had to come all the way back for sauces she didn’t even care nor did she ever apologize. You’re new you’re going to make mistakes BE KIND about it have sympathy and empathy or you won’t have guest to complain anymore!“

“The customer service was great!! The cashier was funny and friendly and the manager had a smile across his face that will light a room!! The friendly atmosphere was very welcoming. The eating are was clean. The BATHROOM was clean (a VERY IMPORTANT and huge pet peeve of mine)!! The outdoor eating are was nice. There was ample parking as well. My children wanted to go to this restaurant I've never heard of.... it was a great choice. Nothing beats great customer service and cleanliness!“

“I love this location, food taste fresh. The only thing I disagree with is no bathroom for customers, and if I have a second order, I have to go around again. The drive thru is tricky. You pay and receive your food on the passenger side, Lol. Other than that, food is good.“

“Visited Mr Brown’s in Chicago Heights with my wife and ordered the 6-piece mixed chicken meal with fries and corn fritters as sides. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, not greasy at all. Fries were perfectly cooked and the corn fritters were sweet and flavorful. You can tell the food is made fresh. The guys there were so nice and helpful, very satisfying meal overall.“
