“I'm very snobby when it comes to ribs. I've gotten ribs at the Lansing store a number of times and the food and service have been great every time. The portions for the buy a whole slab get a half free are huge -- easily enough for two people and leftovers. That's two rib dinners for the price of one, essentially. The ribs are very tender and the sauce is outstanding. I've read about white people being treated differently there. Don't believe it. I'm white and the service was great and everyone couldn't have been nicer. Make the trip out to Lansing. You won't be disappointed.“

“If I told you how good this place was in a detailed review you’d probably think I was lying. I’d rather just encourage you to not take my word for it but to challenge my word, and go there for yourself. The management, the staff, the food… not one of them will disappoint. This was my first time here, and they gained a loyal customer. Outstanding customer service backed by an equally flavorful and fresh meal. Will return! Edit: I forgot to mention we were welcomed in, and asked if it were our first time. Jay did such a fantastic job of explaining the menu and giving us a recommendation as well. “We didn't actually go in-person, rather got delivery through UberEats were they have a BOGO deal with *insane* value. 40 wings, delivered to Whiting, with tax and a $6 tip was $39.61!! I can't find any in-store options for <$1 per wing, let alone as delicious as these were and delivered no less. They were on the smaller side but a generous variety of flats and drums. We got 1/2 medium spiced (comes with a zesty ranch-based sauce) and 1/2 buffalo (also comes with plain ranch, and buffalo was by far our favorite. We will for sure be doing this deal again when we are near a Byrd's location!“

“Literally one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The different heat levels were flavorful, and the sandwich was prepared perfectly. The service was fantastic.

Unfortunately, the chocolate shake was terrible. It tasted like I was drinking pure chocolate syrup. I wouldn’t recommend getting the shake here, but that’s not what I came for. I came for an excellent chicken sandwich, and I was blown away.

“The kids at the register were nice and the food was ready quickly. It was my first time at Chick-fil-A. I expected it to be overpriced and underflavored, but it was decent. My only issue was overflowing trash cans, which looked neglected. It wasn't the best last impression, but overall everything else was okay.“

“I have gotten two meals here lately and both were delicious. The service has been wonderful. My only tiny complaint is that I tried the chicken nuggets for the first time today and I think they're stringy, but of course, the original chicken I ordered is very delicious along with the cole slaw which is always amazing.

“We came here for lunch today and it was awesome. I got the medium and it wasn't spicy, next time I'm going with the hot. We waited about 45 minutes in line. The place is small but most get their chicken to go so even with a long line there's room to sit down and eat.“

“This really is the Best KFC restaurant i have ever been to .. been going for years never disappoints me ..The Chickwn breast sandwich is by far the tasiest moist and biggest portion of chicken you will ever get for$ 5.50. And the chicken buckets are hot .fresh and cooked perfectly.
