We’ve gone to this place so many times and the staff and manager has always shown appreciation for his customers new or common! “Look at the pictures it says it all, this is the best chicken I ever had. Triple lemon pepper 20 pieces of chicken WITH fries.It may take a little time but it's made to go but if you call before coming 15 minutes it will already be ready and the 2 sauces was HUGE.

“I had the pleasure of giving this Harold’s a try today. I was skeptical because of the older reviews but once I saw that it was under new management I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did! I was completely impressed with the customer service. From the phone call where I placed my order to my service when I picked it up was wonderful. They were cheerful and eager to assist. “My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. The owner was very welcoming and down to earth as well as the staff. The food was excellent! “Food was great, customer service was less than great. No smiling faces, curt service. They have drinks but you wouldn't know if you didn't ask. Handed my husband his soda, he asked if they had straws and she slid him one. Why not ask if he wanted a straw? Won't go back, even though the shrimp were pretty good. I value service more than anything.“
