The owner and waitress make u feel right at home with good southern eats made to ur liking. Joana is the waitress with the long ponytail is the best server. Definitely a hit 20/10“

“Today was my first time there. The food is delicious my kids love it but I don’t feel I had the great service. First, we didn’t get the napkins and utensils on time but way after the food got there. A drink spilled on me (our fault) which made me realized there was no napkins provided, by the time we found the lady for napkins I was soaking wet. Then we were about to start eating and my children needed a fork, well no fork was provided. We ordered 3 seafood boils, no utensils for that were provided neither. My husband ordered an extra drink, never was it brought to us. I’m happy my kids enjoyed it, but we were not that pleased as we saw others being treated differently. Not sure if we will be returning.“

“This is by far the best JJ Fish in the city of Chicago!! The food is consistently fresh, and the staff is welcoming. I also came in to place an order on Super Bowl. “Ate here tonight and the food was wonderful. We had jerk turkey tips, jerk salmon and shrimp, yam, greens, cabbage, Mac and cheese and fried rice. Everything was tasty, hot, freshly made and spicy. The ladies were super friendly, helpful and provided great service. We will definitely be back to try other items. Ask about the specials that aren’t in the regular menu. Yum!“

My wife ordered a LEVANTA MUERTOS for 2, but it was mostly for 3 or 4.
Plate was served plenty, and tasteful, everything in there was cooked perfectly. Also it came with lost of hot sauces and tostadas witch save time to just seat and eat.
But EMPANADAS DE CAMARON were not that wood, flavor was right, but they were under cooked.
We ordered to go, but next time we will eat there. Place looks nice and nite.“

“This bar is a very nice GEM that has a great decor. The beers are ice cold and the drinks very refreshing. Taco Tuesdays are very tasty and the catfish dinner is Awesome. This is a very friendly bar with colorful characters. Watch the game from any seat or select a song from touch tunes and dance your cares away. Try you luck on the gaming machines or just have a couple of drinks with your buds.

“I had an awesome experience ordering the 100-piece wing platter from this place. There was absolutely no wait time, which surprised me considering how big the order was. The place was super clean, and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The food itself was delicious — the wings were fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality. On top of all that, the prices are great for the amount of food you get. I’ll definitely be coming back! The owner even offered us free beverages I had a great experience!“

“The tacos are small, authentic and delicious. Good enough for me to order two to go. Except they didnt make my to-go tacos the same. It had too much cheese. The host/bartender/waitress did not speak English and most of the food on the menu didnt exist. I wanted chicken quesadillas and she shook her head no. I wasn't sure if she didn't have chicken quesadillas or no quesadillas at all. I asked about other items on the menu and she smiled and frowned at the same time. So I ordered chicken tacos to simplify things. It took a lot to get her attention. She gravitated to the guys in my party. Little did she know, they weren't paying or tipping. The classic margarita with the red margarita salt was delicious. Lastly, there was a couple dinning at a table near by filming me and my friends. I'll be fine if I don't revisit this restaurant.“
