Frank’s Shrimp & Chicken Express offers fresh, hot, flavorful food cooked perfectly. The chicken is always fresh and cooked to perfection, and the shrimp are pretty large with great breading. Seasoned well, the food comes at a great price for the portion sizes. The fried chicken and Jumbo shrimp dinner are fantastic, and the 4 piece chicken dinner is delicious with perfect seasoning. The Chicago Shrimp dinner is loved, and the chicken salad on the catering menu is the best ever had, with fresh shredded chicken and outstanding flavor. The chicken or shrimp Caesar salad are both incredible as well. The home made ranch sauce is amazing, made in house, and bottles of it are available. The staff is always friendly, the service makes the experience even better, and the place is clean inside. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of and truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his business. This kind of hospitality is hard to find. For great shrimp, chicken, and excellent customer service, Frank’s Shrimp & Chicken Express is definitely recommended.
