Food is usually really good. The people tend to be very nice. HOWEVER, it is absolutely ridiculous on how long the orders take. I used to eat there all the time, but now it's maybe twice a year. And a big big reason is how long it takes. 16 piece mixed chicken dinner taking well over an hour, when the initial pick up time was a little over 20 minutes. I LOVE this Harold's especially since the new management! Food always always hot and fresh. It taste like the Harold's of old. Never had any issues since the switch. Good hot delicious food!
