Amazing customer service! The manager on shift lex made sure I didn’t feel rushed and answered a few menu questions I had. My 8 year old is allergic to various things and the manager explained and showed me how Arbys is one of the few places that we can trust & not have to worry as much. I will definitely come back. We are in loveee with the lemonade.
I felt that the food could have been made better one of our sandwiches was the Reuben real corn beef and I ask for no sauerkraut and got less then a sandwich also got the chicken bacon swiss and when I opened the sandwich it had nothing but cheese and chicken patty very
