Dunkin' Donuts in Orland Park

“So I have never ordered from here, but I go here quite often. I have stomach issues and since this dunkin is around the middle point to where I work I tend to stop here to use the restroom probably around once a week. I really appreciate the employees not telling me to go away since I dont typically buy much from here. I am an avid dunkin enjoyer, I really like jelly donuts, pink frosted with sprinkles, and double chocolate donuts. I also really like a the strawberry refresher. Thank you for being nice to me and letting me use your restroom.“

“Every Dunkin' seems to be short-staffed lately and I wanted to applaud the current employees at this location for always keeping a positive attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction! I always order ahead on the app, and they have never messed up my order. The wait-times can be long some days, but this is the case at every Dunkin' location I have been to as of late. The staff here seems to be trying their best given the circumstances :)“

“Night shift is where it's at for this spot. Have some trouble with coffee made right during daytime hours but since I began going later my entire perspective on this place was flipped. Highly recommend for early morning / late night visitors“

“I have never been a “Dunkin” person. Usually I’d prefer to get my coffee literally anywhere else because my past experiences but this Dunkin has completely changed my mind! The coffee is always fresh never old and burnt, they always have whatever donuts you are looking for and the food is always made to order and never cold in the middle.“

“I had such a wholesome experience that made my whole day. I have my LSAT Exam coming up, and the worker let me stay in Dunkin, even past the closing time, which is 7:30ish. Also, before his shift ended, he offered me a doughnut. So sweet!!“
