Dunkin' Donuts in New Lenox

“I don’t normally post reviews but I had to because of how great the staff here is. I really appreciate this after a long day or work or just because. I normally go to the Dunkin in Joliet or New lenox by Walmart. All the other ones don’t compare at all to the customer service from this dunkin! This will now be my go to dunkin. JC is very kind as well as many others. I hope the management is showing these workers some appreciation because they deserve it.“

“I come here often with my friends and family, and every visit is a great experience. The environment is welcoming, and the atmosphere is always positive. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is because of an employee named Nani, whose name I first learned from his coworkers while he was handing out coffee. He carries himself with such kindness and respect. He’s truly down-to-earth and goes out of his way to make customers feel comfortable. What stands out most is how he takes the time to make small talk with us while we wait for our order—it’s those little moments that make a big difference.

My sister recently stopped by after getting off the train, feeling stressed from work, and decided to grab some donuts. She later texted me about how kind and thoughtful Nani was to her. His positive energy meant so much to her that she even offered him a job where she works and wrote him a heartfelt letter encouraging him to never change.

It’s rare to come across someone with such a genuine and uplifting personality. Nani is truly one of a kind, and he adds so much positivity to this place. Please never let go of this amazing worker!“

“The donuts were a little stale. I suspect they were day old donuts. We were standing at the counter for a few minutes until somebody actually came and took our order. I asked that the large mocha blast be separated into 2 separate cups. And they didn't do it. I ended doing it myself and created a mess at the table. Overall the experience was ok.“

“Stopped in on National Donut Day. I ordered a wake up wrap with no cheese. Order taker asked me to pull around. The young lady brought out my food. Unfortunately, it was not my order. I went inside & the place was very busy.
They rectified it pretty quick & I was on my way. Food was fresh & delicious!
