“So it looks like there may be new management. I'm giving 5stars because I was having a bad morning and I asked what did they have that was similar to the the brown shaken espresso without the espersso in it and the guy that helped was so helpful and sweet and patient. Not only did he offer me to make an ice coffee with similar ingredients but he also made me a delicious drink and asked me if it was good. How sweet was he? I appreciate this so much especially right now that im pregnant and can't consume more than 200mg of coffee. Thank you again this was today July 7th at 1:10!“

“Honestly props to the manager-- I didn't get his name but I ordered a butter, pecan coffee through the Mobile app and when I got there to pick it up was told that they are out of butter pecan, but they would give me a different flavor, but they also were out of the other flavor I would have gotten so I had to leave to get to work with no order, and when I called back later to figure out what to do because my order could not be canceled… The manager told me to come back tomorrow when they have the syrups back in stock and he will fulfill my order then which I thought was really awesome because I left super disappointed to be out eight dollars and have no coffee or breakfast . So thank you to the manager for making that better and I'm super excited to get my order still tomorrow. This dunkin is always consistent with great tasting coffee as well. So thanks again for taking care of a customer.“
