“I remember you Laura. You and your partner walked in while we were super busy. Maybe you didn't notice our heads down in the well making cocktail after cocktail after cocktail for the numerous satisfied guests. Each cocktail takes several minutes to construct. Our other guests seemed fine with the wait. While you seem more content with being a keyboard warrior. Service is something we take great pride in Laura, your lack of patience could really use some work. Oh, the elevator situated right next to the stairs may have helped get you up and down, sorry you didn't see it.”

“George’s has been ‘Lockport’…..everyone goes to George’s. Love the place!! Been going there for years! Today I went there for breakfast and was told by the waitress I was not allowed to bring in my own creamer. She said it was because people sneak in alcohol disguised as other beverages. Ok…I get that. They don’t want alcohol in the restaurant….but when she claimed it was COVID related that was utter nonsense. Is this yet another instance of stupidity where COVID is on outside creamer bottles but not on everything other item coming through the door? D****”

“I’m so happy that a Krema location opened up on the east side of the Des Plaines River! Now I don’t have to deal with the bridge when I want delicious, freshly roasted coffee! This place is excellent; well worth the (fairly short) wait for great drink and brunch options. Plus my daughter ordered a hot chocolate and it was easily the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. We can’t wait to go back again!”

“My 1st visit 4/19. I picked out a strawberry crumble muffin that was staring me in the face. Generally, muffins from the other places tend to break apart into little pieces after a bite and that is annoying. This was really good and might I say "packed". My first bite I thought of a coffee cake texture. But my 2nd bite I felt it was even more than that. Very, very good. Moisture and flavor was so good!”

Everything is always so fresh and delicious, and my deliveries are never cold. I’ve ordered from them probably 15+ times now and there’s never ever been a mistake or a bad order. Typing this as I head out to get some tacos from them ? You will not regret eating here I promise 11/10”

“Was yearning for some burrito and goggle map popped this place with a good review and price. The 10 mile drive wasn't a disappointment. Got the steak burrito and fajita, totalling close to 20 bucks. The burrito was good with good amount of steak, bit too much lettuce though. The fajita was alright.”

“Not being from the area we were a little skeptical at first because the outside is kind of unassuming, however, we found the food to be very good! I especially enjoyed the egg rolls, they had an amazing flavor and were cooked just right! The server was a friendly older gentleman and was perfectly attentive during our visit and had such a warm smile and good conversation. My local Chinese restaurant in Bradley Illinois closed awhile back and I have missed it very much, Pagoda was just what I needed today! The egg foo young with the jumbo shrimp was also very good!”

“After having had a mushroom swiss burger at another Culver's, I liked it so much we went back 2 days later! I wish they had Culver's where I live in Pennsylvania. This is a definite return visit the next time I am in Lockport.”

Make me forget pretty easily about how overpriced I thought everything was.. They brought us a bottle of water that was absolutely awful though.. It actually had a smell to it not to mention how horrible it tasted.. I would definitely go back again but just like Mexico I would not drink the water..”

“To start, I went on a day they had a band playing, and I heard they were in high-school and college. They sounded amazing and made the night better I think. Usually I don't like bands.

The actual bar itself has decent food and its nicely priced. I had a burger which was pretty good, my wife had a chicken wrap which wasn't that good. Atmosphere is pretty cool. Nice bar overall.”

“This was our first time, and it definitely will not be the last! The service was unbelievably friendly and quick! The food itself is absolutely delicious. And the fact that they offered RC Cola rather than Diet Coke or diet Pepsi, definitely took me back to a happy place in my childhood. I loved the option of having a smaller size sandwich, and the small fries, which really weren’t that small was just perfect for us to share. And they were absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back!”
