“I had a great experience today. Thanks to Ellie who was working by herself. She greeted each customer with a smile and stayed calm as many customers were entering. She did her best to keep up with in-store and on-line orders. Obviously short-staffed, Ellie did her best and she did a GREAT job! Sadly, there was a woman with her children who was becoming increasingly impatient, expressed het dissatisfaction, and finally left.

If a store is short-staffed, please be kind to the employees. They're doing their best. Contact a manager, Corporate office, or someone who has decision making power. Yes, they needed additional staffing today. Just be kind.

The staff have always been extremely nice and really seem like cool people. I love these guys and they're definitely one of my favorite spots to frequent for a nice drink!“

“Just stopped by for some lemonade and cinnamon pretzel nuggets. Meghana C. was super friendly. The lemonade was delicious (as usual) and the pretzel nuggets were also great! After reading the sign on their window and some of these reviews, I can’t believe that they even have to explain wait times and kindness/patience to grown adults. We spent way less than 10 minutes in the drive thru from start to finish, received friendly service and great tasting food. How can you find something to complain about? I will continue to support this location even if there is a wait because I would love for them to stick around for a long time.“

Smoothie King is a great place to stop if you’re looking for a refreshing smoothie. The biggest downside is that the prices are on the expensive side, but they often have promotions that help make it worth it. One of my favorites is Free Upsize Friday, where you pay for a 20 oz smoothie and receive a 32 oz at no extra cost.
The store itself is very clean and has excellent air conditioning, making it a comfortable place to relax, especially on a hot day. There is seating for about nine people, including three tables, two chairs, two stools, and two benches, so there’s enough room to enjoy your drink in-store.

Overall, while it’s a bit pricey, the quality, promotions, and comfortable atmosphere make Smoothie King a place I’d visit again.“
