Akil, Archana, And all the other folks that run the place near the end of the day are so wonderful and lovely people! They know my order by heart, just the way I like it, and are always so kind and go above and beyond to make my coffee stop a wonderful interaction.

Please, someone give them a raise or something, they are a shinning example of what a good crew is like. I always have a great time getting my coffee here - I will always go out of my way to go to this specific location. The folks here are good people and do an amazing job.“

“crafted an immaculate pumpkin spice latte, possibly made with the Gods Ambrosia itself. Blew other Dunkins away, so much I had to leave a review. They also created a frozen matcha for my sister that was so delightful the sun got sunnier and the birds sang a beautiful tune.

“I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet“

“The experience that I had today was good. The staff were helpful. For example one of the workers Param, he was nice and & fast on giving me my order. All the workers who work there are polite and helpful. This Dunkin Donuts is not bad at all!“

“I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.“

Today she actually saw me walk in and recognized me enough to start making my regular drink before I even ordered! 🥹 It was such a small thing, but it really made my day especially being in a rush. “I’ve been coming here for a while, and the people and crew always make me feel welcome. Everyone is friendly, kind, and easy to talk to, and over time they start to feel more like friends than just staff. They remember customers, greet you with a smile, and always try their best to make your visit a good one. “Since we moved this has become my new dunkin. I just order iced coffee. It's always been perfect and delicious! Today unfortunately was the opposite. The ice was to the very top of the cup and I could barely even get the straw in. I add Carmel to my order and I didn't even taste it. I was so disappointed, not sure who made it today but they totally messed it up. It's too expensive to take a gamble every week. If they see this I hope they address it.“
