“I don’t normally post reviews but I had to because of how great the staff here is. I really appreciate this after a long day or work or just because. I normally go to the Dunkin in Joliet or New lenox by Walmart. All the other ones don’t compare at all to the customer service from this dunkin! This will now be my go to dunkin. JC is very kind as well as many others. I hope the management is showing these workers some appreciation because they deserve it.“
“I called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Haven last night to See if they had any DIY decorating donut kits. I know they had done it in the past for Halloween so I thought it would be fun for the kids to make Christmas donuts. I Wanted it to be a present from their elf on the shelf. I talked to an employee named Jesse. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He asked me if I could call him back in a half an hour because he needed to call the manager and ask if he could make one for us. I called him back later and he said that he could make one for us, and that it would be ready in the morning. I went there today with my kids to pick it up and it made their morning! Thank you so much to Jesse and the Dunkin’ Donuts manager for making my kids day today!“
“The new Dunkin’ drive thru location paired with the new Gas N’ Wash is really convenient in New Lenox. It’s nice on cold or rainy days when you don’t have even get out of your car to grab your favorite cup of coffee. They even have an express mobile order lane so I can order on my Dunkin app and bypass the ordering board. The crew is so kind and welcoming. The technology they use in this place to get my order fast, fresh, and friendly is really amazing! Just tried some Dunkin Midnight coffee, just enough strength and smoothness to get me through the day, can’t wait to get my daily Iced Coffee and donut when the weather gets warmer. New Lenox runs on Dunkin’!“
“Waited 5 minutes to brew a new pot of de-caff .. no problem,. Don't mind waiting . After I drove off I realized the server must have put 3/4 of a cup of old cold stale coffee and topped it off with fresh brewed coffee. . coffee was nearly warm and tasted stale.“
“I don't know where they find their employees but they are some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in take out. Always friendly and happy which is nice when you haven't yet had your morning coffee. I usually pay with my app and a while back I paid with a $50 bill while also scanning a coupon on my app. After I was handed my food, without thinking I drove off. The girl was sweet enough to run out the back door to flag me down to give me my change. That says alot.“
“I tried this place for the first time yesterday. I feel like I made a mistake by not going earlier, because I think some of the better flavors probably sell out quicker. The girl working the counter was super friendly, and made great suggestions. My favorite donut that I tried was probably the cherry flavored one. The last time I had something similar was from Thornton's gas station and I really liked it. I was happy to find it again. The caramel apple was also delicious, it reminded me of an apple pie filing inside. It was not overly sweet either. The honey dip was pretty good. It's very similar to a plain, old-fashioned, just slightly different. I have not tried the sprinkled one yet, but I'm sure it's also good. The donut shop is nice, I believe they are open 24 hours and they are very reasonable. Four donuts only cost me $6.15. Great prices!!“
“I can’t count the number of times that I have bought donuts from this place. These are by far the best donuts I have ever had. They are always fresh and delicious! Pricing is reasonable, service is fantastic, this is my go to when I need donuts for my coworkers, or to take with me to client meetings.“
“We drove up north for a day trip and I decided to go to a small mom and pops shop instead of our usual dunkin. WOW is this place amazing! The owner was so sweet and friendly and these are the best tasting donuts I have literally ever had! The strawberry cheesecake one was divine! It had tons of cheesecake pieces on top and cheesecake strawberry filling. My husband devoured the Cookie Monster and its yummy frosting eyes! Highly recommend!“
“One of my favorite coffee shops in the south suburbs! The atmosphere is cozy and vibrant, adorned with beautiful couches and decor. The service can vary depending on who is my cashier, but their social media manager is always sweet and provides excellent customer service! If you're in Frankfort, this place is a must-visit!“
“I tried their vegan chai donut, the regular glazed and the old fashioned chocolate. I loved the glaze and old fashioned chocolate; I think the glazed was my favorite, but definitely recommend trying both! The vegan was a bit dry, but still delicious.“
