“Every Dunkin' seems to be short-staffed lately and I wanted to applaud the current employees at this location for always keeping a positive attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction! I always order ahead on the app, and they have never messed up my order. The wait-times can be long some days, but this is the case at every Dunkin' location I have been to as of late. The staff here seems to be trying their best given the circumstances :)“
“This is a drive through review. Shirt line. Service helpful. The reason I'm here the donuts. They seem to always have what I ask for, as opposed to the Oak Brook location, that is always out of my first choice. That said, the doughnuts are amazing, but obviously a little indulgent. We ordered the Oreo doughnut... because why not? Amazing. Chocolate, but not too chocolate, with cream and a crunchy Oreo top!“
“Stopped in today with my two young girls after a long long day. I promised each of my girls they could pick a donut as a treat. The young man working was amazing with them. He was patient as they stared a all their options. He was polite and kind and smiling as they tried to make up their minds. He was exceedingly courteous to me as we were cashing out. All in all, this quick last minute visit made my kids' night - and in turn made my own. Thank you for providing that one single tipping point that ends up turning a long hard day into a great family night. Sometimes you never know how far one single kind act can go - tonight was one of those nights. Thank you.“
“Nice clean Dunkin' with fast service. A greeting like "Hello" would have bumped the service up a star. ? I have only gotten doughnuts there (nice & fresh) so I really can't comment on other stuff- oh- they DO have my favorite blueberry muffins too... ? “
“Literally surprised them at 550am with a $200 order for my company and they got me all take care of with no warning. Sorry about that, will try to better prepare you for the next one. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and while the line backed up to about 8 cars, they moved through them relatively fast while still preparing my order. Everything tasted great! Thanks again!“
“I have never been a “Dunkin” person. Usually I’d prefer to get my coffee literally anywhere else because my past experiences but this Dunkin has completely changed my mind! The coffee is always fresh never old and burnt, they always have whatever donuts you are looking for and the food is always made to order and never cold in the middle.“
“The food was good, the waitress was very helpful, and the doughnuts were awesome. The only downside was how busy the place was. Slightly longer waits than I'd like, but understandable given the situation.Vegetarian options: Standard breakfast options like omelets, French toast, and a decent grilled cheese sandwich.Dietary restrictions: The staff was very helpful in helping my family avoid any food allergies.“
“We drove up north for a day trip and I decided to go to a small mom and pops shop instead of our usual dunkin. WOW is this place amazing! The owner was so sweet and friendly and these are the best tasting donuts I have literally ever had! The strawberry cheesecake one was divine! It had tons of cheesecake pieces on top and cheesecake strawberry filling. My husband devoured the Cookie Monster and its yummy frosting eyes! Highly recommend!“
“The e atmosphere is amazing in there, everyone is so kind and the decor is so cute. The baristas are the sweetest people and they are always ready to help customers. I ordered on the app and it was super easy. I realized I didn’t put oat milk on the specifications and Claire (one of the baristas) remade my order. She was so kind and understanding about the mix up.I work down the street so I’m here quite often and it’s always an amazing experience.Dietary restrictions: I’m completely dairy free and they are always very knowledgeable about the syrups and mixes they use in their drinks. Lots of dairy free options here“
“It was a rainy Wednesday evening. Along with my mom who is visiting from Europe, were done shopping in Orland and we wanted to try Stan's donuts ? for first time. It was about 6 pm. Drove through drive through and were informed that they sold out of all the Donuts except for carrot cake minin at 3 for $4.00. I opted for that since there was really nothing else. Out of the (seconds and around a corner drive through window) came a tiny bag, a little bigger then my palm, and in it were indeed 3 tiny mini carrots cake donuts. You would have to stack them 3 high to BE bite size. Super cute and pretty tasty. But at 4 bucks I feel like there needed to be 3 times that to feel like it was equal to one normal donut“
