“This Dunkin is the best in the area. Skip the one on rt 45 and come here. Everytime I get my coffee from the one in frankfort on 45 the sugar and syrup is always just sitting on the bottom. Even after I asked for it to be stirred good. The staff here is super friendly and attentive, and if you ask to make sure your drink is stirred good THEY ACTUALLY STIR IT GOOD!!!! My favorite DD in the area for sure! Take notes DD on 45 in frankfort!!!! This is the way it should be done!!!!“
“The early morning workers are the best. I’m not usually a Dunkin person but the people at this dunkin In the morning are so friendly and nice they make my start to my day so much better. I will definitely be getting Dunkin more often in the mornings at this location. “Went there this morning based off of the post yesterday that they now have gluten free donuts. We used to go to the location when they were at 159th and Harlem. 3 family members have celiac's, and a good donut is hard to find. I am happy to say the donuts are excellent. They said the taste was great and we will return for tasty treats.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“Oh boy do I love a good gas station restaurant. Everything is awesome. Breakfast sandwiches made to order! Everything was fresh. My Chicken sausage sandwich was HUGE and nice and hot. There strips are better than Canes and fries made to order. This place is dangerous.“
“I tried their vegan chai donut, the regular glazed and the old fashioned chocolate. I loved the glaze and old fashioned chocolate; I think the glazed was my favorite, but definitely recommend trying both! The vegan was a bit dry, but still delicious.“
“The Greatest Dunkin Donuts in Illinois to go to. Each Day I go to Dunkin Donuts for Me & My Coworkers. This One is My Favorite bc of the Employees. Everyone Who Works at this Location is Awesome & Even the Customers I Interact with when I'm here are also Awesome. There are 3 Gentleman at this Location that Rise above the Rest bc of Their Work ethic. I Never see these Gentleman Stop Moving unless They are Speaking with a Customer. As You walk in the Door, You are Immediately Greeted, Altho the Location I go to isn't the Same Everyday, This Location Remembers My Order, The Establishment is Always Immaculately Clean, You will Never just Stand there waiting for Your Order without One of the 3 Gentleman keeping Communication with You. This Location is Extremely Great Under Pressure, Their Drive Thru is None Stop in the Early Am hour's & Not Once have I Witnessed Anything Other than Hard Workers, Friendliness as Well as Professionalism. “This is our first time to this new Dunkin’ Donuts location. The food preparation was a little bit slow, but it was made correctly. The inside of the store is very well-maintained. Very nice and clean. There is easy access in and out with lots of parking and the expressway is right there so it’s a quick stop.“
“I usually go to the Dunkin on 187th and wolf since it’s the closest. However I’ve had some back experiences there so I went a little out of my way to come to this one. It was well worth it! Very friendly staff. My food was made quickly and was still very warm when I got home. My coffee tastes great too! I will start coming here instead. I brought my dog with and the staff loved seeing her. It made my whole day!“

“The e atmosphere is amazing in there, everyone is so kind and the decor is so cute.The baristas are the sweetest people and they are always ready to help customers. I ordered on the app and it was super easy. I realized I didn’t put oat milk on the specifications and Claire (one of the baristas) remade my order. She was so kind and understanding about the mix up.I work down the street so I’m here quite often and it’s always an amazing experience.Dietary restrictions: I’m completely dairy free and they are always very knowledgeable about the syrups and mixes they use in their drinks.
