“Me my wife, my brother and sister-in-law all stopped in to get coffee before 13-hour road trip to New Orleans and Molly was fantastic! She was serving us at the desk and did her utmost best to help us decide what to order and gave us detailed descriptions about the differences between all the drinks that we asked about! I cannot say enough how much she made our trip to this Duncan wonderful 😊👍🏻 this young lady went above and beyond and definitely needs a raise ❤️👀🙏🏻“

“It’s a very good place. The donuts are very good 😊 and tasty 😋. I tried there boba and it was wonderful. The workers where nice and the store is nicely built. I hope this place will not go out of business. I also tried two of the corn dogs. I don’t remember one of them, but I remember the hot 🥵 Cheeto one and it was very good and had some spiciness to it and not to much but good enough. I give the whole place a 10/10“

“I now go here everyday or at least multiple times a week. We live in Orland park but we either make the drive or order on UberEats. It’s close to my parents so it’s a great reason to stop by! Coffee is always delicious, bagels are fresh & so are the other pastries. It’s a cozy spot in a busy downtown area perfect for relaxation. Everyone is super nice & make great order suggestions.“

“Stopped in to get a cup of coffee with my husband at 6:00 pm on Christmas Eve. The two young people a young lady and young man were working. Unfortunately I didn’t get there names. Their service was with a great smile and happy to wait on us. After serving us I spilled my coffee down my leg and they were so sweet about it! It was Christmas Eve and the were working! They need a big hurrah for not only excellent service but amazingly sweet! Sorry I didn’t get their names! I did phone manager to let her know! Please acknowledge them! They deserve a Pat on the back!

“This DD was closed for 10 long days for a remodel and I tried other locations and no one does it better than this one, in fact I stop trying other locations during the 10 days.I had found it a couple years ago and get my coffee almost everyday from here. The products, especially the coffee is always consistent. The staff is the best I have experienced like no other. Only smiles and eager to serve!“

“The donuts were a little stale. I suspect they were day old donuts. We were standing at the counter for a few minutes until somebody actually came and took our order. I asked that the large mocha blast be separated into 2 separate cups. And they didn't do it. I ended doing it myself and created a mess at the table. Overall the experience was ok.“

“This location runs incredibly efficiently because of the drive-through employee named Brittany. She always gets everybody's order perfect right and she is lightning speed fast. I will only come here because of her. I met her by going through the drive-through so many times and realizing that the only time things moved, was when she was there. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is because of an employee named Nani, whose name I first learned from his coworkers while he was handing out coffee. He carries himself with such kindness and respect. He’s truly down-to-earth and goes out of his way to make customers feel comfortable. What stands out most is how he takes the time to make small talk with us while we wait for our order—it’s those little moments that make a big difference.

My sister recently stopped by after getting off the train, feeling stressed from work, and decided to grab some donuts. She later texted me about how kind and thoughtful Nani was to her. His positive energy meant so much to her that she even offered him a job where she works and wrote him a heartfelt letter encouraging him to never change.

“It’s a decent place you can park on the street and check in by door 4 next to dock 5 ring the bell go to the check-in office
Drive van is definitely faster than frozen food
For frozen food once they get you in 20 minutes will be unloaded but God knows how long you’ll be on a dock“
