“I went with three of my cousins and a worker named I believe, Justin gave some of the best customer service I’ve seen in my whole life. He was the only one working while dealing with impatient customers and loads of orders but he kept everything professional and respectful. He apologized multiple times for things that weren’t in his control at all and even when he had lots of other customers he still gladly remade my drink for me when I forgot to ask for a certain cold foam.
