Dunkin' Donuts in Evergreen Park

“I love between 2 Dunkin’s and even tho this one is a bit out my way I prefer coming here. I usually come here in the mornings. The ladies in the morning are nice idk what ppl are talking about. Sometimes they forget my cold foam but asking nicely never hurt anyone. I do have to agree that the Hispanic tall guy that works in the evening has the worst attitude ever. Does not want to answer any questions. There’s so many new drinks that I genuinely want to try it but he is no help. In the evenings I rather go elsewhere Very rude! Other than that I like it.“

“I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and didn’t realize it until I got to the counter. One of the employees noticed and helped me switch it without making it a big deal. They even double-checked my food order before handing it to me. Everything came out fresh, and my coffee was exactly how I like it.
It’s the little things like that that make a difference. Everyone was respectful and actually seemed like they cared about the customers. Definitely a good Dunkin’ and I’ll be stopping by again.“
