Tony has awesome customer service.
I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and didn’t realize it until I got to the counter. One of the employees noticed and helped me switch it without making it a big deal. They even double-checked my food order before handing it to me. Everything came out fresh, and my coffee was exactly how I like it.

Sandwich machine was out of order. However, the 2 afternoon workers apologized and hooked me up with something. This Dunkin location has always been one of my favorites! 5/5 stars, great service
