“As a regular customer for many years we love the ice cream, especially the ability to swap in the silk almond ice cream. Tonight it tasted great but you sent like it instead of love it. Minor annoyance but disappointing none the less. Hope this is a simple oversight and not systemic.“

Resolved my issue effortlessly and truly made it a priority, he was beyond respectful and even apologetic on behalf of the mistake made. I haven’t experienced compassionate customer service like that ever. Cold Stone is very lucky to have him as an employee- 10/10 for the service he provided and ice cream.“

She executed the design and was very impressive with the time frame and was able to deliver exactly my vision . She such a good spirited person and her brother was a pleasure as well !!
