“As a regular customer for many years we love the ice cream, especially the ability to swap in the silk almond ice cream. Tonight it tasted great but you sent like it instead of love it. Minor annoyance but disappointing none the less. Hope this is a simple oversight and not systemic.“

“Me and my sister just brought some gummie candies and the candies are delicious! I'm definitely going to stop in again to try some other candies☺️ Highly recommend and the store itself is so cute I love the decor. Check them out today“

“Fleckenstein's is great. They have a nice assortment of treat and their donuts have a ton of variety. I know it's a lot to ask but if you could start making bagels, that would be awesome. I feel like we lack good/local bagels in New Lenox/Mokena/Frankfort“

“Thanksgiving day I stop by and I did not pre- order. A gentleman was there and gave us such a great service. He had cakes for us!! We bought what we needed. This store is one of my favorites.“

“My daughter ordered a nut free wedding cake for herself, nut free and gluten free cookies and cupcakes for special guests! Everything was delicious and much appreciated from the gf and nut free guests.“

“This is the second year in a row that my partner gets me a birthday cake from this bakery. The design is always so well done. And the cakes taste amazing. Definitely worth the price. Im a bit into darker, romantic, and Gothic vibes and they have met my aesthetic each time, all while giving us a beautiful fluffy, moist, and perfectly flavored cake. Definitely recommend ✨“

“Attended their birthday celebration this morning and along with 49 others, won a free buntlet each month for a year! Great owners, made the event so fun! Have always loved their cakes, so decadent and the buntlets are perfect to give as gifts. 🎂 A Southside gem. 💎“

“Wanted to say Thank You again to Amir A. Shift Manager there. Top tier customer service! Resolved my issue effortlessly and truly made it a priority, he was beyond respectful and even apologetic on behalf of the mistake made. I haven’t experienced compassionate customer service like that ever. Cold Stone is very lucky to have him as an employee- 10/10 for the service he provided and ice cream.“
