Ordered a birthday cake online for pickup.Staff couldn't find my order and I had to wait a tense 15 minutes until the cake was found.Otherwise the service was friendly and courteous.
Always an extremely friendly experience, and even when they get very busy, the employees are always quick to get customers their ice cream. Especially Oliver, who always greets customers with a smile and provides many options if you don't know what you want.

I absolutely love my Cake Batter ice cream ? flavor. I wish the Hinsdale, IL location had not closed. However when I don't mind the drive I head to the Woodridge, IL location with my kids and we share a sweet treat and fun times.
