“Best place to eat in Chicago! I started going there when the owner became a client of the company I was working for in the mid-90s, setting up cash registers in the restaurant he opened for his nephew. I no longer live in Chicago, but make it a point to stop there and speak with the owner every chance I get. Always great food and exceptional service! You may have to wait in line, though. Understandably, it's a very popular place!“

“This is not your typical ‘bar food’. Everything we have tried there is higher quality Restaurant Food. Bartenders … especially Artie and Kristy are attentive, efficient and fun ! The 0wner, Tommy is usually hanging around and is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes due to allergies I have to alter the menu a little and he doesn’t hesitate to switch things around a little… Do yourself a favor… stop in for a great meal and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.“

“Visited early afternoon Fri 12/19. Felt sorry for the only woman there to serve, as she was covering both the bar and all tables. The place was packed. I hope she made bank in tips. I give her all the credit in the world for her exceptional friendliness and attitude. As our group was leaving, we did see another server, so I hope our original server got some relief.“

So,the husband and I went here for the second time in two months ,and since everything was absolutely amazing just like the first time I had to write a review,of course the staff is amazing ,today Jenny was our server and literally did not miss a beat ,very attentive and engaging,You walk in and the atmosphere is so comfy and cozy,it's a great place to go when you want to just melt into the surroundings, he got the chicken cacciatore and a salad with Caesar dressing and I got the chicken picatalta,salid with creamy garlic dressing,I chose a loaded baked potato and a delicious cream of chicken soup,these plates were huge !! Oh n let's not forget the two two whole laofs of bread with oil ,seasonings and Parmesan cheese that no one can get enough of. I got a dirty martini omg it was so strong and so good and I got extra olives yesssss,anyways I hope the pictures speak for themselves.youll be happy ,relaxed ,and you won't want to leave ,oh and live music just got here lol gotta go !“

The bartender, Chianne was a charming lady and took great care of me. I have been to dozens of Buffalo Wild Wings, some outside the US and they all have one thing in common.
Cold, fresh draft beer. It's the only major chain I've ever visited where every location has delicious draft beer. Many places have dirty lines or cleaning product residue that imparts off tastes. Whatever B-Dubs does to their lines, it's working.
I do wish they could find a plumper chicken wing, something with a lower count per pound, but their flavor and cooking is always spot on.
The sauces are fun too. I really like when they drop new sauces, they are enjoyable to try.
