“Food was fresh I ordered two steak tacos, a steak quesadilla, chips and guacamole. The chips were thin and crispy I literally ate the whole page and wanted more. Guacamole was fresh and not bland at all. Tacos were juicy and steak seasoned well not too salty and it wasn’t any fat which I appreciate that. I will be ordering again before the week is out”

“This is as good as it gets! Al Pastor tacos with onion and cilantro. The chips and salsa are perfect with actual slow building heat from the chili de arbol minced finely into it. The green taco salsa mixed with the Al pastor taco is a perfect flavor, I recommend the red salsa for steak tacos topped with lettuce tomato and cheese. You won’t find better tacos, this is it.

“Great service on Christmas Day! We had a prebooked hibachi reservation for 630 and a large party of 10. We were seating fairly quickly after our entire party arrived and greeted quickly by staff. Our food and appetizers were quick to be served and they were very attentive. Our hibachi cook was super entertaining and made our night! We will definitely be back as a family again.”

El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “HOLY HEAVENS!!!! Just tried Crave at the Joliet location for the first time and let me tell YOU - you’re missing out if you haven’t tried it! Ordered a couple cookies and the Dubai strawberry cup and it’s literally everything! Cookies have the perfect sweetness, a comfort cookie for sure. The Dubai strawberry cup?? I made my husband turn around to get a second cause there was no way I was sharing mine! Dixie was so sweet! She was super informative with the cookie questions we had, and she packed a mean strawberry cup! Shout out to Dixie! Can’t wait for our next trip to Crave. Obsessed with the traveling trainer as well. Over all - cookies and employees are absolutely wonderful!!!”

“I ordered the avocado chicken curry with rice! It was absolutely delicious. Very flavourful. Just perfect. My friend got the avocado mac and cheese. I tasted it and loved that too. The portions are large and we brought some home. We got the avocado cheesecake cup for desert and wow! Yummy yummy yummy. They have a kids menu too! I will be a regular customer in the future. You have to try this place!”

My husband had a huge delicious hamburger that he couldn't finish in one sitting. I had the steak shawarma which I enjoyed very much. We sat outside because the weather was perfect for it. “Went here for the first time. I had the 1/2 lb Classic burger, medium rare, with Pepper Jack cheese and fries. My friend had the Al Pastor tacos. The burger was very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Fries were wonderful. I normally can't eat a whole 1/2 lb burger. I couldn't stop eating this one. My friends Al Pastor tacos, on a flour tortilla, had a generous amount of meat, more than anywhere else we have been and it tastes fantastic, with just a hint of heat. Our Margaritas, made with Metzcal were delicious.”
