“I had an issue with my order, so I called and spoke with the manager. I explained the problem with my order, and he offered to fix it by comping the same items. I appreciate his willingness to accommodate me. He had no reservations at all. To me, this exemplifies professionalism.“
“This location is decent. The food is predictable. Have never had any issues with the food quality. I appreciate that teenagers & adults are able to be employed here. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. There’s an attached newly renovated (in 2024 I believe) play place for children aged 3-10 and there are approximately 6 booths with a couple free standing tables for the parents or additional family members to sit at. It does get loud in the play place with the acoustics. The tables are generally maintained well & if ever a more frequent wipe down is needed, staff seem willing to assist. Customer service-wise, 5 stars.
✨Pro-tip: bring earbuds or ear plugs if you’ll be dining in the play place. Also, children need to remove their shoes, bring socks for them“
“An employee I had encountered at this McDonald’s in Orland Park on LaGrange Rd was beyond sweet. Her name was Jessica. I had made my order and picked it up within a short wait. Her wonderful caring character put a smile on my face. Makes me wish I can come back and get another Dr Pepper and Fries one day!“
