“I had an issue with my order, so I called and spoke with the manager. I explained the problem with my order, and he offered to fix it by comping the same items. I appreciate his willingness to accommodate me. He had no reservations at all. To me, this exemplifies professionalism.“

“I would like to give credit were credit is due. While picking up my food, I watched the manager there (did not catch her name but had a blue shirt on) run back and forth to the lobby, since she had to reboot her beverage dispenser in the back, fill the drink orders for the drive thru like so they did not get backed up. That is an amazing manager. She could have just as well had one of the employees do that, but instead jumped in when there was a problem and helped out. There is a difference between a boss and a leader and she was very much a leader. Good job!!!“
