“Hands down this is the place to be, my husband works late and we have one car Mr AJ which is really cool guy I said since my husband gets off at 9:30 and he's going to be at 111th and Harlem they will wait the extra 10 minutes for my husband to get there like who does that nowadays I'll tell you who Mr AJ at Joey's Red Hots in Orland Hills fantastic like Portillo's is overrated and expensive go to Joey's Portillo's used to have an awesome combo sandwich now you can't even find the sausage Joey's takes care of you amazing simply amazing great customer service”

“So recently I visited the subway in Orland Hills, service I received here was absolutely phenomenal. The employees were patient kind understanding and very helpful while I was ordering my food typically when you go to most subway locations, and by the way, I’m not dissing them, the service isn’t as well, plain and simple. You’ll feel like they cheap out, and you feel like you’re being rushed. Unlike this location I received very good service and I am very, very happy with how clean the store looks. It doesn’t feel like I’m in another country getting food. It feels like I’m at Subway in itself. I believe this location represents the brand very well. The bartenders are amazing and caring, the regulars are entertaining and welcoming, and the beer is ice cold and refreshing. Everytime I'm here, I always have an exciting and inclusive conversations with everyone. I'm a fan of hole in the wall kind of places. This place will fly under your radar, but you'll regret missing out on this place. I really hope to see yall here ????”

“I ordered the avocado chicken curry with rice! It was absolutely delicious. Very flavourful. Just perfect. My friend got the avocado mac and cheese. I tasted it and loved that too. The portions are large and we brought some home. We got the avocado cheesecake cup for desert and wow! Yummy yummy yummy. They have a kids menu too! I will be a regular customer in the future. You have to try this place!”

The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef Sergio sent us a dessert he had created that day. “This place is the whole package! From the second you step onto the property to walking in and the hostess immediately greeting you with a smile. Check in is seamless and reservations are withheld to the tea (no waiting). As you walk through the inside, everyone greets you. Celebrating a special occasion? Note it on your reservation and they have cute cards on the table wishing you the best. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are prepared phenomenally and waitstaff bring them as they are done. Appetizers? Mozzarella sticks are cheese pull galore, mini meatballs are beyond with the crostinis, and let's just say you can't go wrong with the margarita pizza. Entrees that stand out have been the lasagna, chicken limone, chicken parmesan and pasta with vodka sauce (don't forget to add a protein). Additionally, there's a kids menu and it is truly kid friendly. Don't skip dessert! Whatever you choose you won't be disappointed. My personal favorite is the crème brûlée with a shot of espresso on the side. Only downside of this place is not knowing when we have something special to celebrate again so we can go back, maybe to even dine outside!”

The cook/cashier took our order; falafels with hummus and a mixed dish with rice and various meats (the Junior). I cannot stress enough the delicious flavors of every single food I put in my mouth. I was saddened to realize that I would have to go back home and not enjoy this food on a regular basis. So on my last day of vacationing, I went back and ordered numerous amounts of those delicious dishes, which I was able to take back on the flight and ultimately freeze for later enjoyment. I highly recommend this restaurant. Because aside from the delicious food, the staff were very courteous, warm and inviting. 5 stars out of 5!”
